Patients should stop smoking and have diabetes controlled before surgery
Communication about ERAS / prehabilitation before surgery
(I think that MLD preoperatively can calm client and give them info about where/how/why to get MLD after surgery)
Wait 6 months between radiation and fat transfer
Lymph nodes redirect lymph fluid to venous system - remember to address them repeatedly during MLD!
