Couples Married for 0-65 Years Answer: What's the Best Part About Being Married? | Brides
"She's my home"... This says everything.
yes, that was beautiful
That and better half part, and making each other’s lives better got me. Your own hype man/woman and the other way round. Going for complimentary.
And partnership ❤️
It made me cry 😢 how sweet are they!
That one made me cry 😢
"She makes my life better. I try to make her life better" *sudden kiss* *blushes*
AWWWWW
The couple married for 58 years are too cute! That woman really loves her man Charlie! He was in the middle of talking and she just had to kiss him and he blushed (04:03). So adorable!
oh MY GOD I really ship it
Yes I loved them!!
Yaa...they are really lucky...this is call marriage...they are still in love after 58 years....😮
And u can tell that she totally adores her husband
Wth!? She still actin "young in love" .❤🤤😃
3:29 if she looks like that after 44 years of marriage, I can only imagine what a beautiful bride she must have made.
She's 64 years old
She's stunning and calming and comforting in one go! lovely! (side note: she reminds me of Madeleine Stowe an awful lot)
Her hair is unbelievable.
“She is my home.” My heart can’t take it! Who’s cutting onions ?! 😢❤️
L Carrasco meeee 🙈
Sameeee
😁😂 Oops.
uh.. 😲🙁👍😍👏🙄 thats a good man...
🙌🏻☀️🌸
when she kissed him on the cheek 😭😭😭
Amen sistah 🙌🏻🤩😍
2:40 - I swore he was sleeping until he started speaking haha. So cute
Enya Parchment omygod i said the same thing😂
Nope his eyes r shut coz of age n also some people concentrate tht ways
😂
Saaaame lo!
and he woke up to say "I agree completely", he knows what to do !
I think it shifted gradually from the anticipation, then the excitement, to companionship and then comfort.
Love comes in so many beautiful forms. I loved the last couple especially, really makes me want to find someone to be comfortable with. :)
Yes, couldn't have said it any better. 💕
The couple who is married for 65 years is just meant to be with each other.Look at how the husband told that they can know each other thoughts...communicating without uttering words.
Soulmate it is.😙😉
"she's my home" okay thanks i'm crying now
These videos changed my mind about marriage. Maybe it's not a sham after all.
mary ellen santamaria funny, it did the opposite for me lol
Dani J. Roberts of course you’d say that, you literally don’t know anything else considering you were still basically a child when you got married lol. If you live in America, you couldn’t even rent a car or have an alcoholic drink at your own wedding lol and don’t get me started on your under developed prefrontal cortex. Anyway, marriage statistics aren’t on your side (again assuming you live in the USA there’s a 60% divorce rate and steadily rising) but I truly hope your marriage beats it and serves as an example of an exception.
Actually, the divorce rate is getting lower and lower, it peaked at about 40% in the 70s and 80s because of a really big feminist movement where women realized a lot about their role in life but today people are a lot smarter about marriage so the divorce rate is pretty much at an all-time low since that whole movement 40ish years ago so good luck to Dani J. Roberts because the odds arent as against her as you might think
La la la if you were basically a child at your 19 that's your issue. Some people just know what they want in life earlier than others.
Statistics doesn't define anybody's life or future
It's the most beautiful thing ever ❤️ of course if you r lucky ❤️
Our "married for 5.5 hours" is back 😂😂
I’m crying. I’ve been married to my husband for 6 months, and we’ve been together for almost six years. I’m looking forward to all of these milestones in this video.
broadwaymelody33 Same here! 9 months married, 5 years of relationship. I've never been happier.
Same! My husband and I have been together almost 7 years, and married 7 weeks now. The idea of all the things I'm going to share with him in the future makes me so happy.
Same here ! 6 years together and married 6 months. Best of luck in life and wish it to b full of love and understanding to everyone
Same here.. 10 months married 9 years together. Blessing to all the marriages
Same here, 5years together and married third day!!!!!
So many things:
1. You're not alone. Sleeping in the same bed is just about the best thing. Having someone to talk to, to go on a walk with, to share great experiences with. Someone to share the load with.
2. Someone to challenge you. Help you stay grounded, help motivate you to keep going forward.
3. Someone to laugh with and play with at any moment. Someone to hold your hand, someone YOU can help and support.
4. Someone to protect you and defend you if anyone tries to tear you down.
5. As Queen says, Somebody to Love.
The part when he said: she made my life better and i tried to make her life better. Its just an amazing thing to say and caring way of using words.
My Dad once said that about mom and it made my heart thrilled and even love him more than i do. (Dad passed away few months ago).
I’m not married, but I think something so great about being married is that you’ve found the person who you want to go on a lifelong journey with.
Hannah Rozenberg and fall in love even more!!!
Yes yes yes
I realized that the depth of the relationship gradually increases throughout time, and that is SO NICE
Mannn I love these videos. People in love are so beautiful to watch.
Tia Cox z
2:27 the lady has the most gorgeous hair i’ve seen!!
She started laughing before he said “she knows what I’m thinking”. She knew. She proved his point before he made it. I’m dead.
OMG 3:39 she doesn’t look like she has been married for 44 years....
AJjammer 38 Did you see that they matched hair and shirts?! 😍
The asian at 22 years too, I was wow at first but then they coming haha
Right? And in one of the other videos she said they got married when they were 20 so that means she’s 64! I hope I look that damn good at 64 years old!
"It doesn't matter if I have a hard day... shes my home"... I AM UGLY CRYING ON YET ANOTHER VIDEO FROM THIS SERIES...
The point to ponder is, he didn't just say that. He said it because she IS that.
we love the diversity in the couples
65 years, incredible
“She’s my home no matter where we are at” I love that !
Hope it inspires you to be a home.
Keep these coming!
I've been married for a year, and if this was asked to me, my answer would be so similar with the last couple. Being married is a comforting feeling. I function better with my partner.
I'm crying at the sheer beauty of this vid
also I'm terrified I'll never have that
moiraine_damodred why?
I hope you do find it one day!
You have that now?
If you marry with your heart and not with your eyes, you will find it.
“She’s my home”
3:56 He reminds me of the movie "Up"
Imagine how gorgeous she must have looked when she was younger! 2:26
Coco Crunch And she's still gorgeous now :)
Yessss she's super gorgeous now!
I thought the same thing. She's so beautiful!
That's kind of insulting lol. 1) you're implying that she can't be gorgeous just because she's older 2) you're pretty much assuming that because she has long blond hair
zomgseriosuly Yeah, for people like you, who turn any compliment into an insult just because you hate your life.
The guy's response at 3:30 has me in tears! What a beautiful response
I've literally have never been in a relationship. Yet I'm here
“Areas that I lack she’s my strength “ I’m crying here that was beautiful
44 years and 58 years couples: awww ❤️
3:30 was about to make me cry 😭
That seatbelt analogy!!
I have been seeing alot of married couple who are happily living together. I think the best part about being married as i have seen from all the happy couples is when they come home to the same house with no distance separating them.
I’m so alone
aww (hug) enjoy your own company n then look to share that joy with someone
Hahaahahahaha! pity you..... same lol :v
You never know! I was alone for the longest time. Met my hubby at work!
I don't wish to get married I wish to find someone I could spend years with and still love me, the elders couples gave me a genuinely joy 💘💓💖💝
what is the different?
Loved these! I’ve been married to my husband 5 years next February. He was 20, I was 19. We’ve been through so much together. The good, the bad, happiness and sadness. But one thing I can most definitely relate to in this video, is the comfortability I feel with him. Some people think it’s a bad thing and I couldn’t agree less. To have someone who knows you inside and out and loves you anyway is the best feeling. Just had to put that out there, loooved this clip 😌
I wish our generation could respect marriage more. I wish it was an unspoken rule to encourage married couples when we encounter them because we know that marriage is hard work but ultimately, that hard work is SO worth it. I love these videos. And I love love. 💖
I cried hearing these people talk about their spouses especially the ones who have been married 20+ years!
1:28 her eyes are so gorgeous
Yesssss shape, colour, everything about them!! Beautiful
The thing I love the most about these videos is how they show how different dynamics work for different couples. It isn't one size fits all and assuming a particular scenario wouldn't work out based on you were told growing up e.g dating someone 10 years older or meeting someone in a bar might lead to you missing out the beautiful experience that you were meant to have. At the of the day love always wins.
The best part of being married ( 15 years next month ) for me is no matter how difficult life can be no matter whats going on in this crazy world when i put my head on his chest at night and he puts his arms around me i feel in peace and safe and loved ❤
Yes❤
This feeling of having someone there for you no matter what nd they become your home. After really very long saw something very real nd touching. Thank you 😊
Wtf 2:28 her hair is perfection
My FAVORITE part about being married: When you get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of a cold winter night, and then you come back to that WARM bed, and she put her arm around you to warm you up!!!
Aw this was beautiful so well put together
It's such a beautiful thing. Congratulations to all the ppl in the video and behind it for putting across such a thoughtful message to the masses. Such positive reflection of marriage is so heart warming to see :) lots of love and best wishes to all
2:53 THEY LOOK SO YOUNG OMG
I want to say that when I m married for 1000 years .. right now it's 6 years and a baby ❤️
Archana Choudhary Bless you and your spouse and your baby! May you all live happy lives... 💕❤
Congratulations! May your family always be happy
this gives me so much hope
This is so beautiful! Gives me hope!
"she is my home!" that melted me.
Some of these actually made me cry ❤️❤️
I would love to see a what have married couples learned and what are some challenges they work through together.
Omg... It feels soo nice to hear each couple's perspectives, everything is possible if u have the right person beside you, it's like a teamwork, no marriage is meant to be broken if mutual conflicts and disagreements can be solved❤
wow, my cold heart? feeling warm? This video is so sweet!
What lovely couples I wish them all the best
In young couples, it is the guy who is mainly speaking, but then it changes...
Been married 7 years and this just makes my heart melt
I loved that analogy!
This is beautiful. Having someone to be with and not be alone in life is something i really want. 😭
My grandparents had been married for 69 years before my grandpa passed away in January 2018. I wish I had thought to ask both grandparents some of these before he died. He loved my grandma so much.
Marriage is an eternal part of our life once we get there!! Trust, Honesty, Mutuality, Fun, lastly lots and lots of love keep them balanced. Consequently you have a long married life, also you should have a wanting for that longevity and happy life!
I love this series!
Love this series! So often I feel like we just hear the bad, not the good ☺️
Wow all different types of couples I love this!😭
'' she is my home " I like that
I like that as the couples were together longer their answers we less about "me" or "I" and more about "we" and the experiences they shared together.
Very sweet; I even teared up a little.
This made me cry
this is absolutely beautiful! all of it
I've been married a little over a year, and I have said every single one of these things to my wonderful husband. Hearing the older couples reiterate them with years of experience makes me so eager for the rest of the life I'm going to have with him. If I had to pick the very best thing currently, it's getting to fall asleep and wake up next to him every single day. We waited to do that until we were married, and now I remind myself every day that we're living the best kind of sleepover that could exist all of the time.
"It's a comfortable feeling.." 😭😍
3:37 Someone that loves me more than she loves herself is like a dream
Great to see happy people! Couples love each other ❤️👫❤️
I love these series😍✨
I love love! “She’s my home” 😍😍😍

The guy who said she’s my home 👏👏👏trully said it all for me.
'We did this mountain of work to get this and now will live it'..
These couples have legitimately inspired me to get married to someone special 🎉🎉
Knowing that for the past 7 years and so very many more to come I get to come home to my best friend every single day.
I love this and im crying
