17:44 question for anyone, but if AMD can answer truthfully... in this example of the Tacoma waiting on the small hose for 2 months. IMO, I am certain in some dealerships that will take a similar hose from another vehicle that will be stilling there for a long time if not another Tacoma if they have one there, that way they get one vehicle out and keep the other and add parts to the waiting game
We re so happy to see you all 3 together, please do more videos together and give us more update about the market. That’s helpful. Thank you so much for your hard work and time you put into for us. Good luck and god bless you all and your families 🙏
Thanks for having AMD. I have been following him for awhile now. I am looking to buy a mini van in the spring and started his videos as I new nothing about Hybrid cars. Her has an amazing 6 part series on how hybrids work. This as well as other videos he has done I narrowed my search to Toyota Sienna van. Then I started looking for videos on buying cars and found you guys and have been watching many videos and taking notes. Between these two channels I have learned a lot. Keep up the good work.
AMD…the reason I gravitate to your information is because you’re so damn honest,to me honesty and the truth still counts big time, I can see why everyone’s eager to talk with you. Thanks, your videos have helped me a great deal
I watch cooking shows on UA-cam, and I watch The car care nut, oddly enough. I have learned so much about my car, I love this guy! I'm a Toyota gal, and this guy makes me love them even more.
Thank you for acknowledging long term customers. My family has gone to the same dealership since 1957 in Bowling Green Ohio. All of us for most every car purchase and all service . We do this because they are a very honest dealer.
I very much enjoy AMD's channel. Buying my first Toyota Tacoma last year I found him. Great content and he is very respectful and responsive to comments and questions.
I’m a senior service advisor for a family owned GM dealer and from my perspective AMD is on the money. Lack of parts and lots of cars to fix and almost none to sell. Our owner is like AMD’s owner. Honest and won’t charge over MSRP when they do get vehicles. Keep up the good work guys. The old car guy in Denver
Good morning, it’s pretty cool to know that we’re thinking on same wave link by subscribers watching same UA-cam people such as Car Care Nut and Chevy Dude. With this trio supplying heart felt HONEST info is so refreshing and highly informative. + available to watch multiple times when you need the solid advice you all provide. You all get a Big THANK YOU !!!
Just bought a car and used all lingo and knowledge I learned here. I didn’t hire you guys but feel you are owed. Wish there was a donation system setup. Ok so: BMW OF GRAPEVINE Near Dallas, DFW AIRPORT. They stuck to Msrp. They gave me black book value on my trade. They even gave me a sellers agreement on price. AND!!!!! Omg I hope this next one stands true. They said most touchscreens are being put back in. And if my car came without they’d simply reorder and sell the previous order on lot without additional cost to me. Except time. Which they have no control over. I couldn’t be happier. It was such a smooth experience not at all pushy. My notes visibly said front end. Back end. Black book/MMR, V auto access. This place even has a cappuccino bar. I can’t believe how easy things went. I just asked for this deal and they said yes there was no back and fourth. I literally could not believe they came back with a yes to my trade #.
If you own a Toyota, Lexus or Scion, you need to subscribe to the Car Care Nut channel. This guy is awesome and he is always looking out for the consumer whether you currently own a Toyota or you are thinking about buying a Toyota.
AMD and Scotty K are the reasons why I own a Lexus and a Toyota now (LC500 and Prius). Both brands have a proven track record of building quality, reliable cars. Many thanks to YAA and AMD for creating valuable content for the automotive community.
Sorry, I didn’t include Scotty Kilmer he’s in the same caliber of good and honest and you all love what you do and have the desire to share truthfully. Again THANK YOU
I obviously missed this last night but I had just watched this gentleman earlier this week in the same topic. I was so fascinated by how my new car (which is still at the dealership waiting for its part) was handled when it arrived at the dealership back in October.
Good job ..toyota is very good.the less they make with new technologies is better old fashion is the best..you guys keep doing good job and good you tubes..thank you
AMD is legend! A lot of right to the point valuable and useful information! Great delivery! YAA, thanks for having AMD! Please do it again! It's fantastic atmosphere here on your channel!
I’m an Japanese import technician bit follow AMD since Toyota seems to be the cars I maintain. I’m a retired as federal criminal/counterintelligence investigations. I’ve used my vast experience to helps others through my my personal and professional experiences. Toyota and Lexus are my preferred brand of car to drive/service.
There aren’t many family owned Toyota dealerships in Chicago area. I think it might be bredeman Toyota. Just a hunch. I’m going to TCCN shop in a few weeks!
Even more so now that the Chevy Dude is an independent. He was always a bit too much of a company line guy, not that I held that against him, he had a dealer principle to keep happy.
You guys need to do more of these podcasts. I'm going to be going on a 10+ hour trip relatively soon here, and I need something to listen to. This was great
What are the specific reasons you recommend the transmission oil is still changed in a "sealed" CVT Toyota system ?. For example does the oil tend to gum or gel over time.
I want the new car market to absolutely thrive again so that there will be lots of great used cars for me to choose from. Right now I own 2 vehicles. A 2002 Silverado with 350k of which I personally put almost 300k. I paid $9700 for it. I also have a 2009 Camry with 248k of which I personally put 153k. I paid $4500 for it. Both are still going strong and I could probably still get at least $5k if I sold them both. So, about 450k miles for roughly $10k with very few repairs on either one. I think I got my money's worth.
Question a Local dealer in my area is selling a 2017 Toyota 4 Runner SR5 4.0 lte 129,572 miles I went to the dealer while they were working on it, they were installing all new breaks, calipers, pads and rotors front and rear, new rear shocks (oem) NO LEAKS at all, Frame in very good condition ! Motor sounds like NEW no VVT rattle no ticking at all, New oil change tire are good Here the bad 3 owner's and it was rental !! should i buy?? if you think I should How much SHOULD i offer i have not driven it as they are STILlL working on it so I'm not sure of the front end transmission or 4 wheel drive NO warrenty at all RED FLAG thanks for any help Ron
Thank you guys for having me!

We need more collaborations with AMD.
Scotty has very outdated information. AMD is spot on and still recognizes that other brands have quality vehicles as well.
I've been tuning into AMD's "Car care nut" channel for many months, he really is a wealth of knowledge! Great to see you guys collabing
AMD is great. Having two Toyota cars he keeps me on my toes to maintain my vehicles.

He does a great job and he’s not afraid to talk about the shortcomings of Toyota vehicles that he works on.
Exactly!!

There aren’t many family owned Toyota dealerships in Chicago area. I think it might be bredeman Toyota. Just a hunch. I’m going to TCCN shop in a few weeks!
These guest appearances are good. You should really bring back Chevy Dude.
Even more so now that the Chevy Dude is an independent. He was always a bit too much of a company line guy, not that I held that against him, he had a dealer principle to keep happy.
Thanks guys for having AMD on your show. I love watching both his and your shows. Great choice and idea of having AMD on your program!!
Someone should make a nation wide list of dealers that sell cars at MSRP.
Great interview. This guy is one of my favorite UA-cam Chanels. Congrats 🍾 invite him again and ask about funny experience at the dealer
Car Nut what is your thoughts on the New Tundra 3.5 Twin Turbo is it worth the hype?🤔
Hi! I like the new 3.5 Twin Turbo. Hopefully we'll take a deep dive into that engine soon!

What are the specific reasons you recommend the transmission oil is still changed in a "sealed" CVT Toyota system ?. For example does the oil tend to gum or gel over time.
