    Thank you Loren. I have came to this a bit late for the full moon. I still benefited a lot from breathing in the energy of the moon. I felt low in energy this morning and the loss of one hour as we have just moved to Daylight Saving Time here in the U.K. I now feel much more energised and ready to start my day. It is the first time I have started my day with a Nidra practice. Thank you!

    Thanks for this new relaxing nidra session ❤ My mind is often busy, also during yoga nidra. But I am able to take a step back and switch off from autopilot. The impuls to want to do everything and everything right now softens. Then I can feel and decide what's best for me now, and what makes me really happy. It helps me to pause.❤ And hope that I will sleep better this night...always a bit restless during full moon sleeps😅

    Thank you Loren ❤ this was perfect!
    Your guidance, the music, the sankalpa.
    I liked the rotation with both arms together and same with the legs, that helps to relax quickly.
    The breathing through the body was really nice, like letting go, and breathing new energy in to all the cells.
    And then resting behind the forehead made it complete.
    The past few days , I’ve been noticing the benefits of doing yoga nidra daily . I seem to get into a relaxed state sooner .
    I’m doing this one tomorrow before going to work🤗

    Hello again.
    I have just used this meditation for my short afternoon practice and, as ever, it was perfect. I like your meditations of all lengths. Do you have any plans for more five-day challenges or similar? I realise that they must take a lot of composing, but I really liked the five-day challenge and I have revisited it several times now.

      Hi Bob! Thanks so much for joining me today. I am really glad you enjoyed the practice. I do think I will do another 5-day (or more) series this year for UA-cam. It just might be closer to the fall when my youngest is finally in school. I do have a 4 meditation series that will be happening in my online membership starting April 1st.
