I will always find it hilarious that 1st and 2nd gen players often say this game as the easiest MH in the series when the reality is due to the fact that FU and Dos had them used to usual absurd damage and HP, as well as the funky, deceptive hitboxes. And not to mention the very limited and janky movement, as well as the weapon options.
@@Mecceldorf Old Gen Rathian, Plesioth and Diablos can rot in hell, i hate those fuckers. They keep stun locking me, and and.... their instant charges man... Why they suddenly gain instant charges whenever i stuck in drink animation.
you can dodge his roar and use spirit slash on his wing (it has mind eye effect by default, so cant bounce). Most of narga's attack hitbox have long duration frame to dodge. Making it way easier to dodge than other monster's attack imho. Uragaan's roar last 4 frames i think, way harder to dodge without evasion skill. Diablo's roar has such long frame, it's hard to full dodge it even with full evasion skill.
Playing XX on citra at 30fps and i can i-frame through most narga tail attacks without evasion skills, its absolutely incredible how clean those hit boxes are (except slam)
That is true, any new gen player would struggled at first, need time to get used to. Thats why i struggled in GU at first, and breeze p3, mh4u, fu and now im still on progress in 3u, the only thing hold me back is the underwater combat
Lol tbh I slightly underestimated MHP3rd since I came from FU. Had no problems til Rathalos, still killed it on my 1st attempt although it was annoying and tedious since I brought lance with no flash bombs and wind resist. I underestimated Rathalos cuz Rathian was hell easy on this game compared to FU. My only disappointment in this game is what they did to HBG (T_T). Also I noticed that default Iframes when rolling/hopping is longer on MHP3rd compared to FU, like it's almost close to FU's evade+1
Monster Hunter World and Sunbreak isn't any easier than the older Monster Hunter's like Unite, but it feels way more convenient. One of the things I struggled with a lot in Unite was the painball mechanic how I'd have to keep in mind when the painball will wear off and how healing forces you to stand in one place until the animation is finished. Not to mention the hitboxes XD
@@WateringDNami Lol you're saying it's not more convenient to be able to have the monster tracked on your map during the entire mission without having to paintball them and if the paintball expires and you haven't noticed once they leave you have no clue where the monster is and have to walk around hoping to find them unless you've already done the mission and know what spots he drops at? How about how in the new Monster Hunter games you have infinite wetstones but in the older games you're only given a few and once they're gone you can't get anymore until the mission is over. Not to mention how in the new games you can access your item box from home during the mission but you can't do that in the older games. If you forget something then too bad.
@@axiakronech.109 Doesn't change that it's a lot more convenient for the game to just give you an infinite amount of them automatically for every hunt instead of having to do something for them.
No, mhw has g rank contents, its inherently harder. Even mhw only content is harder due to some end game contents like ancient leshen, extreme behemoth and arc tempered elders. However the general content is easy, just like any other mh game tbh. Solo in p3rd can be a bit challenging in high rank since its multiplayer scaled but its not hard once you get used to the combat. Its even easier if you play with friends like how the game intended to play to begin with.
Don't stop making these videos please I enjoy them a lot your editing skills are very good I currently playing this game also and I'm hunting the jhen mohran

@@ferro1398MHp3rd still the easiest one, but if you want a game with G rank 3U
@@ferro1398Rise, definetly
I dare anyone to find a guy who likes the rathian fight, that probably aged the least well out of any classic monster.

imho all these monsters are very different, and you have to fight them in different ways which is the defining fun of monster hunter
