Or, he/she learnt the Zinogre's moveset from the Bulldrome quest but also Invasion quest. With good enough gear, you can last pretty long against Zinogre. Even beat it too.
pft 4 zino and 2 Caps and no plate look at me i have 20+ zino hunts 10+ caps and i didn't get any plate i got 60+ zino hunts now and 20+ caps and i have 10+ now i just put + because im to lazy to look at my guild card

As a Bastard hunter, I usually don't start the Zinogre urgent quest already. I'll farm for the better equipment set and Yes it is possible to get to the best once. You can get these materials at Low rank guild quests. You can get Rimeblossom(2nd upgrade of Rimeblade) and the Butterfly armor set(Rheprossa set) for Crit chances, Hearing and debuff effects and especially, Thunder resistance. Rimeblossom - Farm at low rank to encounter Gigginox urgent - Farm for Frost sac - Kill the Barioth(Yes, I told u I'm a bastard that would kill these monsters first than the Zinogre) - Farm for materials and there is your Rimeblossom. And Rheprossa set, just get some bugs(Farmable at Volcano and Tundra), pale extract, and many more.

Go to the garden often to collect resources, you also need to hunt Giginox. make a full set of rhopessa armor and use rimeblade. and it will be easy for you to hunt zinogre.
Played mh rise for more than 100h then cameback here to play this game again and this zinogre is so damn hard, 2-3 hits he will sent you to a camp... Playing this old game mh feels like u have to memorize the attacks more frequently and positioning yourself carefully, which is not really for a casual player like me. Now I know why they make mh rise more easy and enjoyable at the same time... Also, I'm not saying which mh is better I'm just saying the interesting things that I noticed about the game just in case :) I'm an ls main btw...

Well the franchise came even before dark souls was released the original game Monster Hunter was released back in 2004 for PS2 and still has the same dodge movs after all these years except for the Moves on the weapons because some weapon moves can be used for dodging aswell like the side slash.

you don't have to be an old player to do this, 20 + run will make you way better in predicting zinogre moves, especially this game has a good hitboxes which means a lot easier than the previous games

Zingore has an enemy yes you heard me right the beast has an enemy if you take a look at the character creation intro Zingore is looking at the sky....if you already beat the game and encounter this its Amatsu his the final boss at the game i think now idk whats up with those 2 fighting over in the world i guess? But keep in mine that Zingore has no match on Amatsu Zingore has an OP armour that can charge up and deals alot of damage with the sword of course its so really good that i stay up in night it's CRAAAAAAAZY WOO HO you wont regret playing it its fun switch axe is also good i think it has a Zingore set of the switch axe
