You don't have to upgrade your sneak walk-speed initially. Just upgrade your pistol aim walk-speed and hold aim while you sneak and you instantly move faster.
Another tip to help you save ammo.. if you get spotted throw a bottle on the enemy's head to stagger it..then you can perform an instant kill with your knife.

Hint : save your game before using a key for the lockers . If u get junk or harpoons just reload the game and your start right next to the save station I. Sebastian’s room . You can reopen the locker again and again until u get a desired item . You only use up the key if u leave the room with Tatiana .

I've found that throwing glass bottles to distract enemies is not very reliable in this game, half the time the enemies don't react to it at all. Slowly sneaking up behind enemies to stealth kill them is a bit hit and miss in this game too, sneaking is so slow that the enemies will very often turn around and see you before you can get near enough to stealth kill them, I found I got much better results by getting quite near to them while hidden behind cover and then quickly running up behind them and knife killing them before they had a chance to turn around and see me.
Yea i dont get it i threw the bottles and every time they didn’t react I probably would of got a better result by throwing the bottles at their head or something
Stealth tree upgrades are absolutely worth it big pick up is sneak kill from cover you distract them to you and ice them as they come by your hiding location. Working on predator now which allows longer distance stealth kills.
Stealth is really good in the game. Not overpowered, mind you, but good. If you're bad at sneaking no amount of upgrades can help, but I'm often at full ammo, even in Nightmare. Then the bosses can get all the ammo. Pew pew!

field crafting cost more materials just for ammo, health items cost the same. also for the people having trouble with chain attack minigame, you shouldnt go for big combos, you should go for as many combos as you can, the moment boxes start to shake shoot them, gives you lot of points and hourglass. save hourglass to a point when they are really necessary and then shoot them. takes a while to get into the rhytm, but once you figure it out, 100 000 is really easy to get
Someone might have already said this, but if you want to get a great score in the chain attack mode, only shoot down groups if they are wiggling. That means they will drop extra time which means more points.
wut do u mean the crossbow is easy to miss, its mentioned by one of the characters and is placed on ur map, the sniper is what is easy to miss, and also the shotgun, if ur not an explorer
Upgrading the pistol's firepower helped me a lot with headshots. Another tip I recommend is finding the silencer handgun it's honestly the most helpful gun I had and I used it more than the regular cross bows.
I just discovered this after my second play through, if you see a mobius apc truck, jump on top of it, in the open back pickup bed is usually a good amount of supplies

If you find 2 or three bushes next to each other, just crouch and avoid the enemy. The will lose you 95% of the time and you can stealth kill them while the flail wildly.
On chain attack mode, the hour glasses only appear when enough of a like box are touching they all begin to vibrate. Use the hour glasses sparingly, when they’re shot all touching boxes revert to the most nurnous box, use those to build chains and keep the clock ticking.
Upgrade smoke bolts fully and use them on groups or tough enemies for sneak kill upgrade stealth so u have bottle break, ambush and predator you can ambush enemies that are chasing you sometimes upgrade ammo capacity on every thing and save for the focus upgrade in combat you can slow down time making the very hard option at the shooting range easy kill everything save ammo and always have smoke bolts stocked up
Best tip for zombies : if a herd is chasing you run away as far as you can and hide out over there they will eventually stop chasing and walk back during this time you can practically sneak attack everyone walking back because they don’t walk right next to each other instead they are staggered . Best tip for the shooting game with the time bomb - only shoot the ones that are wiggling and try to get that chain going, once it’s wiggling and you shoot it shot the timer to keep the time going . You will continue to get a timer every time you make a combo with the wiggling boxes so make it your mission to only get wiggling boxes and you should be able to max out the game. Best tip for the flame thrower guy - sneak attack him every time , it takes 4-5 times to kill him but it’s the only way to not waste your whole ammo on him , sneak attack the moment he uses his flames because sometimes he will turn his head around while walking and catch you . Run away as soon as you sneak attack him and hide and he will go back to his routine and you can do this all over again until you kill him. Best tip for the crazy double headed snake walking monsters(sorry idk what they are called) use 2 explosive bolts on them and they will die no need to waste all your ammo on them either.

The agony crossbow is good but you only need it a few times, stun bolts combined with stealth are good. Focus on stealth and pistol combat utilising scenery assistance including barrels etc. Enemies move fast in this game so reducing recoil is another useful skill to invest in, headshots are essential as ammo is scarce so assuring your accuracy is on form is vital.
Turn on unlimited stamina/sprint to save upgrade points for other categories… always sneak kill to stock up ammo until chapter 7-8…. Prioritize upgrade paths that lead to special abilities 🤙

You are completely wrong.. you can actually progress all way to Chapter 3 without the crossbow... nor does the game require you to find it to progress. I went right from the start and completed the entire right side of the map and sniper rifle, before I found the cross bolts at the farthest safehouse and then had to go back and do the left side where you need cross bolts to get into the 'electrified' safehouse. Cross Bow doesn't show up on the map unless you lock on to the resonance point. ...P.S. You're pointless.

(use when you have to) Make certain areas safe for easier travelling Dismember legs to save ammo (stomp em in the nuts(head)) Hatchets are life savers.

You missed the sawed off shotgun and the laser sight pistol both of which you can get during rogue signal side quest in chapter 3 the pistol is in the carpark at the back of the garage Im only on chapter 3 and i have the crossbow, laser sight pistol, sniper and the sawed off shotgun these weapons are EASY to get so go for them tbh you would have to be an idiot to not be able to find the crossbow and sniper the game shows you where they are lol The laser sight pistol is beter than the standard pistol its stupidly accurate and packs a punch i suggest getting these 4 weapons BEFORE you even bother finishing chapter 3

This game went way to far. REsi 6 for me. Not that scary at all. Dont know why everything gotta be open world these days. First game was way more tense. THis is more acion based and never did i feel vunerable
