As i can see there is a news that Sector 68 gurgaon, Builders licence got cancelled as the project is 90% completed it is under RERA. After waiting of 4 years if this happens how buyer will believe RERA.
i think some political issues
Maam regarding haryana you are wrong. All registeries n bba will have carpet area mentioned
Rera certification may have completed 5 + years, but there are loopholes, & sense of insecurity that still exists.
Reason: Home buyers are still stuck with no possession as per Rera
Good.....
Rera charges almost 60-70% on super area instead 40% build up area. Also buyers is not allowed how 40-45% calculated on total area, distributed n when rera is measured is not correct.
I and many of us are still waiting for justice after 3 years of complaining to rera. Who did BCG and Omediya survey beats me!!!!
