So you bring in MD, CEO of a Realty and Infrastructure company and an Estate Consultant, and they're supposed to advise us whether real estate is a good investment? What are they going to do, say no?

these guys will never say that its a bad idea . even in recession when no one was buying they were saying same thing.

These folks are pure businessman. They will not bother to discuss on middle class pocket and saying "hey you know middle class people we are bringing less priced quality products like Mivan construction etc" ....Never trust builders...have your own insticts if it suit pocket of middle class or not
Investing in real estate is a good idea but never take a Loan to buy real estate because paying EMI after some time will seem like going through Hell.
What other option does a middle class job man have? Buy when the principal prices are down, or wait to save and after 10 years the prices become sky rocket?
The solution is to take fixed rate and for a very long repayment scheme - meaning paying in the future but since value of money will go down, you will essentially pay at a lower rate of interest.

Bring end buyers as well to get proper view. These are business man in real estate so they won’t say negative
Real estate is a general term. Which location to invest is the real advise that's needed.
Inflation makes businessmen rich and so they can buy better projects.
