日本人唔中意食牛腱,超市卖黑毛和牛牛腱比其他部位便宜一半有多,和美国牛一个价
我有keep住睇呢個channel,因為真係學到啲煮食嘅技巧,但係Arthur講嘢真係有啲kick。其實有無人同我一樣唔鍾意佢話”玩”啲食材。煮咪煮囉 😅
