Your skin is so lovely! Please be diligent with sunscreen even if you are indoors most of the day and dont neglect your neck and decollete. It is much easier to prevent sun damage than to try to correct it. Not to mention that 1 in 7 people get skin cancer every year. You might like watching Dr Dray. She is a dermatologists with a less is more approach to skin care. Cheers!
The drunk elephant c firma is supposed to be clear to light tint of orange when you buy it! My bottle from Sephora was clear when I first started using it and now that I am a month into using it, there is a slight tint of orange. I believe drunk elephant has addressed the issue and let people exchange bottles that have already oxidized into new ones!
gasp! interesting i have only ever seen it in the orange-y color (e.g., testing it at sephora, etc.). that is very disappointing.
Jo's Logic vs Luxury Drunk Elephant product are not superior and are totally over hyped and over priced. It amazes me that so many believe that quality is equal to price. Grrrr....

I love seeing your skincare reviews. I have been usi g Timeless vitamin C for about 3 years and have always been able to repurchase during their sale times. I keep mine in the frig and it doesn't turn color until its empty. I normally get about 4 months use from a bottle. Looking forward to your sunscreen favorites.
Deborah Mac hot and flashy here on UA-cam also suggested to decant half so its not exposed to air. Great tip IMO :)
yup the fridge is definitely a good idea to extend the shelf life! i can't be bothered running up and down stairs myself lol

Diana Jean , normally every holiday. They should be doing one for Memorial Day. Typically its also Labor Day, Christmas and several others, but can't remember now. Check in towards the end of the week with them.
I've used that Timeless HA Spray before. It took me a lil while to get used to the cucumber smell. But my sister loved the smell so I gave it to her.

I skip washing my face in the morning...I helps with my dry skin...only use water or miceller...I wash away the miceller too..made my skin way better..
Have you tried Australian Gold sunscreen? Just recently purchased but recommended by Angie-Hot n Flashy

I tried it on her recommendation too. The tinted is a terrible color on my pale skin and the non tinted leaves an awful white cast. Both dry down and make me feel like I need to scratch my face off. Clearly a lot of people love them but ick, not me.

Lori Ayres I use moisturizer first, I don’t wear makeup so sunscreen is always my last step. I’m having a hard time finding one that doesn’t leave a white cast or make me want to claw my face off. Farmacy makes one that’s not too bad and right now I’m trialing one from Supergoop, both are mineral which is what I want.
hi! yes, i have use it before. i liked it but don't have much memory of the details. i think IIRC it is similar to the elta md physical sunscreen.

ha i could, but i really rarely do anything fancy with my hair! just use some SLS-free shampoos and maybe some spray in conditioner -- verrrry basic when it comes to my hair :)
Another great video! Can you address trans epidermal water loss in a video? Would you advise not spritzing one’s face throughout the day over makeup to hydrate if not followed by a moisturizer?
Hi! Yes I agree. I don’t rehydrate throughout the day for that reason. I use the mists before I use moisturizer as my practice. I mean, I don’t think it’s going to ruin your skin if you like a bit of mist, but I’d say for dry skin, best to go in with a thick occlusive on problem areas (eg Vaseline even) rather than try to mist it back to health.

Love your video as always. I thought vitamin C serum should not look yellow or orange? If you get anymore info regarding that please share with us. I use the Timeless one and I never let it get to the yellow looking liquid. Thanks for updating us on your morning skin care.
At our Ulta they use Dermalogica to do their facials I’ve used so many of their products I love getting facials at Ulta I’ve tried soooo many vit c products... DE, The Ordinary, Timeless, Skin Deva , Maelove.. But my favorite is Ole Hendrickson! I’m a sunscreen fanatic PLEASE can you list a few of your favorite Asian sunscreens? That’s mostly what I want to use bc of the chemical filters Thank you

I used to use drunk elephant. It was ok but I didn't feel like it was worth the price, and I also found that it oxidized very quickly and didn't bring the instant brightening results that some of my other cheaper vitamin c products had. You should consider trying a product called Maelove The Glow Serum! It has ferulic acid and vitamin C as well. I've been trying it for about 2 weeks now and I can say that the results are more *instant* than drunk elephants product. Plus, if im not mistaken, the key ingredients are the same as drunk elephant! Anyways just letting you know since the drunk elephant product is definitely a splurge that's hard for us consumers to make!

I use Elta MD sunscreen and really enjoy it. My skin has changed so much recently. Someone shoulda told me 30's are not for sissies!!😂
I love your skincare videos! FYI I tried keeping my Timeless in the fridge and although it was a pain, I was able to use the entire bottle before it oxidized! AND I was trying another vit c in that time, so it really extended the life of the product!

Drunk Elephant Vit C, isn'y worth it. It oxides way faster than Timeless.
interesting! how can you tell? from what i understand, the color is always orange!
(But i totally agree... i don't think it's worth the money especially given how fast you should be using it up)
this post: www.reddit.com/r/SkincareAddiction/comments/6xlfik/product_question_drunk_elephant_vitamin_cfirma/ and this post: instagram.com/p/BSB3CNJl7s6/ are quite helpful. the second post is by gothamista where she compares a fresh product and oxidised. the first post is by a normal person who shows the product when it's newly bought. i do think renee's DE product would be a fresh product rather than a person who buy it in retail but i'd guess your DE c firma has oxidised as it is a dark orange. but i hate this kind of sneaky formulation of making it orange, it would be really hard to find out when you own it because you won't be as aware of slight differences when it begins orange.

The DE C for a contains Pumpkin ferment and is already a light orange color, if it oxidizes a darker orange it needs to be tossed.
I have fair NW15 skin and that Avene sunscreen looks very white, dry and chalky on me... ugh

I think u put too much of avene sunscreen.. just a pea sized then spread it as per avene/ sales consultant😊
Mie Amore if you read the instructions in the sunscreen box, it advises 7 pumps for face and neck.
Mie Amore pea sized won’t give you the advertised SPF. Joanna has a video about how much sunscreen to wear. Also, Dr. Dray has at least one as well.
