What did you expect? You shot him in the back twice. You should have gotten more years in prison. Now your brother in-laws family is going to sue you for wrongful death.
All that blubbering over that little sentence? 2-6 for murder!! He'll probably go to a minimum or p.c. joint. If he does or shows he's willing to man up, when someone tries to "check" him. He'll be just fine!
I understand that he was protecting his family and it was an act of self defense according to the defense. But he was charged with murder in the beginning and took a very fair plea deal. He got very lucky and will be out in a matter of months or a year. I don't understand why anyone believed that he would get probation. There are people who have been sentenced to life with the charge of manslaughter. Yes, he is extremely lucky with this sentence. Unfortunately the pain and devastation felt by all involved will last much longer than his sentence.
Yes it's ridiculous, he litterly went upstairs to get a gun to kill the guy, and for what exactly he was protecting them? They just were drunk. The crying was pissing me off also the wife go cry for your brother six feet under SMH. That Tampa teen cameron herrin got 24years for a car accident killing two. And this drunk idiot is crying there like a baby for 24 months.
Shut up, you act like race had anything to do with his sentence.he got a light sentence based on circumstances(got the crap beat out of him) and the fact that he doesn’t have a criminal record whatsoever.
@@BillBraskyy Er.., apply your accusation properly pls, it is biased sentencing like this that is divisive. Don't be dismissive of other's lived experiences!
Do you have any idea what happened?? Have you been following this or did you just watch it?? Good?!? That is what you have to say?? This was an injustice… the people that you hear crying their eyes out was his daughters, and his wife, also the neices and the sister of the person who was killed… and they were there that night… they witnessed their father making the hardest decision of his life to protect himself and them for a person who not in right state of mind… just look at his mug shot from that day?!? But “good” that’s all you have to say?? I hope something “good” like this happens in your life… Smfh
@@Chris-wt8vu It's you who has no idea what happened. That his wife and daughters were crying is irrelevant. Jack the Ripper's relatives cried at his sentencing, too. I know Jimmy. He's a turd. He has been in a drunken, violent stupor since his high school days. He is continually involved in drunken brawls. His brother-in-law presented no threat whatsoever. He was at the front door saying goodbye to his sister, Jimmy's wife. Jimmy went upstairs to sleep off his drunken spree and then just decided to grab a rifle and go downstairs. Even on the way down, before even leaving his bedroom, he told his daughter, "Uncle Ross must die!" You do not know Jimmy at all. I do. But I do disagree with Felicia's comment of "Good". The correct comment is "Excellent" and "Good Riddance".

Lol, boody bandits tend to hit the young tenderloins cheeks.

Weather your white black Hispanic or oriental I suggest you don’t commit crime
Just constant race baiting and dividing each other up with things said like this.
