    I actually learned a lot from this tutorial! Really enjoying the content you're putting out there. I try to keep up with the speed of the lesson but overall I'm learning a lot. Thanks!

    I’ve centering the camera but could do it as you did. How did the camera go to the z axis?

    Hey man, my fields don’t seem to do anything no matter what I try and I’m getting a bit flustered. Been trying for the last 2 days and nobody can offer help. Is it because I’m not using a primitive? I’m trying to use a noise field of some sort (random or shader field) on a model of a very basic human model to vary textures. I’ve tried obj and fbx files, as well as the default objects within c4ds content browser and nothing is working. Hope you can assist

    Hello, I have Cinema 4D R19.024. Could you do the same tutorial with this version (using OctaneRender)?
    I would be very grateful if you can do that.
    Thanks

    Everything becomes dark when I add the OctaneSky, unless i switch to visible environment. Thats what you do ? :O Great video btw

      @Betonbent 3 роки тому +1

      You have to add something to your hdri sky, either image or daylight

    Hey! I love your tutorials. At 3:13 you added a HDRI environment but then quickly skip this. It then cuts to having two octane sky layers. But when I do this, my octane view is just black with no shape there. Just plain black. I know its super basic, but I am still a n00b. Can anyone help me with what I missed here?

    • @tempodobnii
      @tempodobnii 2 роки тому

      Drop an HDRI and a Texture Env. Set the texture to black and set the type to Visible Env, then just load in the HDRI

    "I'm gonna drop in HDRI and then a balck background" then the video cuts back in where you have two hdri setups already done - completely lost me here, I can't get my object to show, the whole place is black.
