That song is about the love of a woman for a man. Quand On A Que L'Amour is all about love conquering hate, beauty conquering ugliness, peace conquering war, etc. Much more appropriate for the tribute I always thought.

I find the title pretty much explains the whole song...when all you have left is love...she is living each word, she's a bit in agony that's why she restrained herself during almost the whole song then let's it all out at the end.
