I am from Taiwan.I found your channel when I was so devastated and needed help. I found answers in your teachings. Afterwards I know the truth, and I am set free.I am so grateful for what you are doing . May God bless you and expand your ministry to bless more who are seeking for help like I was.
!!! Dearest Kris, God has done major miraculous healing in my life this past year - in large part due to your ministry. I've lived 55 years of horrendous familial narcissistic abuse and when I found your videos in September, EVERYTHING CHANGED!!! I am now walking in PEACE, FREEDOM and JOY on levels I never knew possible. PRAISE JESUS!!! I'd love to share my testimony with you sometime when it suits you. I thank the Lord for you regularly. Bless you, my precious Sister. !!!
I do agree we can all have these 5 traits, but, the difference is, if I gaslight or blame shift or whatever, I FEEL Holy Spirit prick my soul and my Spirit and I am convicted immediately and I take it before the Father. A TRUE narcissist / toxic person will never feel bad about how they treated someone.
Due to many years of narcissistic abuse I no longer personalise my troubles; instead I hand them over to my closest friend Jesus who is the prince of peace and whose understanding is far beyond my understanding
My first wife was a toxic passive aggressive feminist covert narcissist and my second wife is a grandiose overt narcissist; and I have gained a masters degree in mental health nursing and a second honours research masters degree in drug and alcohol personality disorder. But so what? It all means nothing compared to continuously learning a masters in a Jesus’ relationship!!
Sadly, my ex husband never told me he loved me. When I asked why he married me, he replied 'I made him feel good!' 😢 he did all the other things that confused me.
The saddest thing about narcisistic abuse is that it's needless, makes no sense, occurs for no reason, and can permanently damage the victim's sense of identity, self-worth, and ability to trust in others. I don't have any mental- healthcare credentials, to be clear. However, I could write ten books about how it feels to be a victim of such abuse; and how difficult it can be to recover from. Victims of narcissistic abuse will often suffer for years, even long after the abusive relationship has ended. This kind of abuse has one sole purpose, which is to feed the narcissist's need to feel; superior, dominant, and omnipotent by draining the victim of their mental, emotional, and often financial stability. Narcissistic abuse is not just about someone “temporarily losing it” after a bad day. It's not about stress or even dishonesty, falling out of love or cheating etc. Although narcisists may engage in such behaviors; not every cheating, dishonest, or even self-absorbed person is a narcissist. Not all batterers are necessarily narcissists ( although many probably are). Narcissism is like the worst possible behaviors towards others, multiplied by at least 10; then added to that is the narcissist's inability to feel conpassion or empathy for others. Narcissistic Abuse is a calculated means of controlling someone else's behaviors and thought processes via extreme mental, and emotional bullying and outright emotional blackmail; commonly (but not alway) accompanied by physical abuse. Narcissists will tell you the sky is red. If you disagree and say the sky is actually blue, they'll tell you you're crazy, stupid, and incapable of distinguishing different colors. When you go outside and point to the sky and say, “ The color of the sky is clearly blue”, the narcissist will respond with, “ Of course it is, that's what I've been saying all along!” Do you see how insane this is? It would be quite hilarious if it weren't for the fact that the entire purpose of an argument such as the one above, is to cause the victim to start questioning his or her own sanity. If the victim of such abuse doesn't recognize what's going on, they will slowly begin questioning their own judgement and sanity. These techniques are also frequently used with gaslighting. Gaslighting is the act if purposefully confusing someone through circular, unending arguments; or may occur by moving or removing a victim's objects such as keys, phone, other items- all in an effort to trick the person into thinking they're going crazy. An example: “Where is my wallet? I know I put it in my purse last night. Now I don't have my checkbook, cash, etc. I must be losing it!” Most people can't imagine why someone would purposely cause such confusion and chaos for someone else, therefore never suspect the narcissist unless they're caught. Even then, the narcissist will likely deny any accusations… The narcissist's main goals- is to reap havok, chaos, and dysfunction into an otherwise mostly normal person's life. What's more, the perpetrator will purposefully cause the victim into a reaction, then use that reaction to gain support from their”flying monkeys”. These agents of narcissists are carefully picked, so that the narcissist's view cannot be debated by an objective observer. This triangulation also causes the victim to further doubt or dismiss their own thoughts and feelings. Narcissistic abuse is complete and total psychological warfare against another human being. The targeted person can be the NPD's children, but is often the NPD's spouse or significant other. Children of narcissists are also more likely to become narcissists themselves due to genetic and environmental factors. Or, they may have BPD or BPD tendencies. That's not to say that ALL children of NPD's have personality or mental-health disorders. Targets of those with NPD are usually very generous, often sensitive, and friendly people that have their lives at least somewhat together. NPD'S choose these kinds of people for a reason, because the reality is NPD's are empty human beings full of self-hatred. They are inwardly chaotic, and this chaos often translates into either an extremely neat and tidy exterior facade or may manifest into complete disorder and mess. I don't sympathize with those with NPD because they aren't psychotic- they do know the difference between right and wrong. They just choose to do wrong, choose to purposely hurt others because it boosts their often very tiny, fragile egos. These are dangerous people, and the only difference between most of them and a common murderer is that they haven't physically murdered anyone yet. Well, most of time. Additionally, That feeling when your cheating narcissist partner betrays you, but you don’t have the courage to leave, so you endure the pain, questioning your self-worth every day. It’s a different kind of hurt living with them, seeing them everywhere, and constantly fearing when they’ll do it again. The best decision I made was reaching out to MetaspyHub@gmail. com They helped me remotely spy on my partner’s cellphone and uncover the truth, just like they did for me. Don’t suffer in silence get the answers you deserve.
I love your show. May I ask you to address more about adult children as well? I keep hearing it’s for spouses, relationships, etc but what if your adult child is emotionally abusing you?
You are so right, I contribute to this, because I never knew how to deal with this subtle abuse,.. it's a defensive action. Thank you, 48 years of this, and I am gaining strength at times, but fall back so many times. I hold onto Jesus....I attend my church regularly and spend time in the word of God.
Yes! I need to understand trauma responses and how to heal them. I was JUST thinking about how/where I could get help with that. Not a whole lot of "silver coins" flowing here, so I appreciate your channel - offering truth with Biblical emphasis! Thank you so much Kris!
@@torasacramento4905 God's love is unconditional. Please find other people to give you that sense of love. The yo yo you are describing (feel loved again) fights or abuse followed by the "honeymoon" of making up will never end. Are the good minutes worth the hours of the awful behavior?

The first time I told the narc with me that I prefer open communication as opposed to silent treatment, that I don't like frictions. I didn't know I was playing into her hands to use more of it to torment me, and that's what she had been doing. At the time, I knew nothing about narcissism. So over the years, I learnt to detach emotionally and become totally indifferent to her antics. At such times, I focus on God for comfort and divert attention to work; luckily I naturally enjoy my own company. Then whenever she's through, she'll come around communicating like nothing happened, and I too will respond like nothing happened, waiting for the next round. That's our circle. Narcs are on their way to hell for the choices they voluntarily make to take up the works of satan against the children of God, our job is to see that we don't go there with them. Because no one can fix them, not even your love and kindness can do it. That's not to say we should stop being loving and kind. But for a narc, it's better you keep it at minimum level or at the basics, no matter what they are to you.
I thank you, Jesus, for Kris, her knowledge of Narcissist from the biblical sense, your wisdom, experiences when you walked the Earth. Thank you, Jesus, thank Kris
your wonderful advice came decades after, but it totally relevant to clarity and healing...tough to realize a spouse can be doing this stuff..the one that should have your back even!!!!!
@@alyssagraham202 some people have no choice for instance if you have little kids and he's a raging alcoholic. I have just recently discovered your videos and enjoy them very much. My wife took care of her uncle for several years and he was indeed a narcissist;I don’t know how she did it. I especially like the fact that you use so much scripture. One suggestion that might be beneficial to some of your viewers (me 😊) would be to post the scriptures with bigger and darker font. God bless.
Kris, every time that he explodes in rage for absolutely nothing, he blames me. "You make me angry. If you didn't make me angry, I wouldn't yell and scream at you"...I ask, "What did I say? What did I do?" Living with him is affecting my health.
This is my mother and my sister. I feel no love for either one of them. I really do not even like them. I forgive them, but the toxicity is just too much.
At what point do you stop trying to talk about your problems and your marriage and your feelings and emotions? When all they do is gaslight You .and will not talk about anything. So when do you draw the line . And go no contact? Instead of a marriage we are Just roommates.
Sometimes I have to leave the house or conversation with my verbally abusive husband and ignore his calls and texts, He has narc traits and exhausts me. I tell him to stop or I am going to have to leave or hang up.
WOW !!! That is exactly what happened at a church I was at 1year ago.. I was there for 10 years.......when I met w/ the man who plays pastor..he called me a liar and when asked why?.....he said his wife did NOT LIKE ME FOR 10 years...i said WHAT????? The secretary was a friend until she listened to and believed the lies feom everyone else...she gaslit me for months....till I exploded...then guess who was inncorrect .....😢?🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️😪😔😱
There’s some narcissists one can no longer tolerate. That was my mother, she died in a car accident. In her drunken state. You reap what you sow & she flipped her car end to end, her head snapped upon the 1st flip & she was ejected out the back window. All this happened B4 I knew of the various Personality Disorders.
God does not give us abuse and chaos full of confusion. A marriage full of this, is NO marriage. Especially one that never really had intimacy or capable of it and didn't seem to want it even after marriage. Gay?
Plse...they don't control anything...but the self isolation is REAL...losing friends and family before you know it, and it takes years to figure it out..
???As far as gifts are concerned - I have a divorce case that has been ongoing for 7+ years. The children's father and his mother give gifts to the minor children and then tell them "you can only have this gift at my house or when you're here visiting, you cannot take it home or your mom's house...". So, therefore the children never see or touch the gift again. It is the same when the father and or grandmother purchase clothing or shoes for the children. The children have reported that these things are not really FOR them but rather to make the father and/or grandmother feeling good about a "gift" or purchase "for" the children. AND the children are demanded to speak appreciation (even if they don't feel appreciation). It's very sad to watch. Is there such a thing as a malignant covert narcissist???? Thanks so much Kris! I wish I could do the 6 week thing - no $. 😔
My ex is a malignant demon filled narcissist who does the same thing with gifts. The child outgrows the toy by the next visit. But the Lord is so good and I give her many things and love. She is safe and secure with me.
Hi @Kriss could you drop those scriptures here in the description box. I would love you to display them on your screen next time. So that we can go and read them in the Bible. It's very edifying
I am very confused as I am in a relationship with NO CONTACT...VERY ABUSIVE WITH MY ADULT SON ! I had to block bis and his wife ph as they have been ABUSIVE over 20 yrs no more
No contact is necessary sometimes.(it's for protection, not an immature manipulative punishment for the other people) It's different than stonewalling and the silent treatment.
Thank you so much for such great information. ? A question for you is : What if you have been in an abusive relationship for many many years? How do you stop the relationship or change it when the other person is much older and unable or unwilling to change ? Thank you
My husband has substance abuse challenges. I’m sober 4+ years. We live in the same house. He usually prepares meals and does the finances (forbidding me to be included). I’m 68 and we have a plan that we pay regularly (if I am right) from “senior living” or whatever it’s called. I feel like he is just waiting for me to end up there so he can be free. We can’t have any meaningful conversations I believe he had a super bad relationship with his parents as a child or maybe teen. He is just so shut down and has to do the substance abuse “to cope”. I asked if we could go to counseling but he refuses. Guess maybe I should just go myself, if Medicare pays for it. Perhaps that’s a good first step.
? What if a daughter does things leaving me out of famiky things but will not allow me to tell her how she has hurt me and then she tells me to stop putting guilt on her and tells me to stop texting her so I cannot express my hurts but she tells me about her hurts. Keeps me so depressed! ?
Sometimes we don't have the luxury of communicating our side, as you've mentioned. That's when I completely drop it at the feet of Jesus, and leave it alone.. If you're a peace keeper, you're going to have the desire to fix this somehow, especially if the other party is resistant. This in turn will fuel the situation ( or just the other person) everything we do or say ( with the best intentions)will be used against us. Isaiah 54:17 Sums it up beautifully, God's way is the inversion of the worldly way. That verse addresses the spirit that works in the world, and all the usual tactics. Also, someone who isn't concerned about your well being, isn't someone to consider at all imo. I'm sorry you're experiencing this, I know it's worse when it's a family member. Prayers that the truth will be revealed, and hearts will be made mushy and lovely, in Jesus name❤
Currently dealing with narc mother and personal aquaintence....Both have slammed, insulted and hurt me on off non stop since October and I don't know why.....its like it just came from nowhere
?Oh you just answered my question. I've found over the years trying to even just tell them I need space they don't respect this at all so I have ended up having to take space until I calm down and give my reaction to God. So so difficult. Thank you for explaining how we can examine our part and lean on the Lord to walk through these difficult situation. ?do you have any other advice on how to deal with this in a marriage you feel you can't leave and long time Christian friend?
My guess would be that it costs money. I think being on the waitlist just means you will get the detailed information about it, and the chance to sign up before it goes out to everyone else, if I understood what she posted yesterday.
? I am recently married. My husband wants me to be involved with couples that were his and his ex’s friends. I’m uncomfortable with this. I hear his and his ex’s memories with these people whether with them or after seeing them. He says I’m rude for not wanting to be in the situation. ?
? What about after you've told them so many times over so many years how their behaviours make you feel and they keep doing it. It feels like silence and waiting to calm down yourself. Isn't this necessary boundaries rather than silent treatment?
Narcissists don't care about your feelings really, silent treatment is cruel and sick but a little bit of time apart is not horrible, if you're actually with a narcissist there's a 90% chance that they're never going to get better and I just hope you're aware of that.
the people who spent this much time torturing other person, places, things will have to answer to the loveing god father who is above this charades and or to your god father the devil's demons legion of those check your mind....

At what point do you stop trying to talk about your problems and your marriage and your feelings and emotions? When all they do is gaslight You .and will not talk about anything. So when do you draw the line . And go no contact? Instead of a marriage we are Just roommates.
Maybe when you realize it's hurting more than it's helping?
Sometimes I have to leave the house or conversation with my verbally abusive husband and ignore his calls and texts, He has narc traits and exhausts me. I tell him to stop or I am going to have to leave or hang up.
He uses all of these signs, BTW. I have been married to him for 18 years, and we are going through our 2nd separation.
😔🙏🕊️✝️ good luck and God bless you
What to do when it's your own child (adult)? It's so painful and confusing.
Good teaching
Hi @Kriss could you drop those scriptures here in the description box. I would love you to display them on your screen next time. So that we can go and read them in the Bible. It's very edifying
Kris! This could be your ADULT CHILDREN too...😢
I am wondering too. However, I notice I like seeking validation.
I would love for you to go into trauma response. My mom is my narcissist and I'm 58yearsold ans have never healed from it.
Oh here we go again they will say!
Thanks Kris you so write about all of this
Thank You Lord
Faith
I am very confused as I am in a relationship with NO CONTACT...VERY ABUSIVE WITH MY ADULT SON ! I had to block bis and his wife ph as they have been ABUSIVE over 20 yrs no more
No contact is necessary sometimes.(it's for protection, not an immature manipulative punishment for the other people) It's different than stonewalling and the silent treatment.
Very off topic but I feel like summer/fall colors would look so good on you
Thank you so much for such great information. ? A question for you is : What if you have been in an abusive relationship for many many years? How do you stop the relationship or change it when the other person is much older and unable or unwilling to change ?
Thank you
May I please get on the wait list for the 6 week course program?
My husband has substance abuse challenges. I’m sober 4+ years. We live in the same house. He usually prepares meals and does the finances (forbidding me to be included).
I’m 68 and we have a plan that we pay regularly (if I am right) from “senior living” or whatever it’s called. I feel like he is just waiting for me to end up there so he can be free.
We can’t have any meaningful conversations
I believe he had a super bad relationship with his parents as a child or maybe teen.
Love
I’m in the wait list, but forgot to ask if it cost or is it free ? 🥺
My guess would be that it costs money. I think being on the waitlist just means you will get the detailed information about it, and the chance to sign up before it goes out to everyone else, if I understood what she posted yesterday.
You mentioned a special small group session but I don’t know how to sign up.
Check her pinned comment at the top. It has the link to sign up.
? I am recently married. My husband wants me to be involved with couples that were his and his ex’s friends. I’m uncomfortable with this. I hear his and his ex’s memories with these people whether with them or after seeing them. He says I’m rude for not wanting to be in the situation. ?
You are not rude. Say no
??I'm trying to find your course about "defeating demonic influences " can you help me??
?? I scanned the guide and signed up on the watch list. It didn't give me an option for defeating demonic influences??
Maybe she was referring to the "Delivered from Demonic Influence" course? If you look under Academy on her website you should be able to find it.
Amen.
Sound good
The link in description box to courses is broken. 404 code
