    I really liked the circuit type format of this ride! It was super challenging, but the format made the time fly by! You definitely get your money's worth in this 15 minutes! 🔥 🚲

    This is one I do regularly when short on time ( or tired!) today added the Whitney short on too with extended cool down for 20 mins 😊 building back up to my fave 30 mins.
