4 x 20s Level 6 Standing Sprint/10s Off
4 x 20s Level 7 Seated Sprint ("Power Sprint")/10s Off
1 minute rest
Tabata Set 2:
4 x 20s Level 7 Standing Sprint ("Full Throttle")/10s Off
4 x 20s Level 8 Standing Climb ("Power Climb")/10s Off
*No cool-down

Tabata might be the most effective way to spend 10 minutes! It's been studied in research and found to produce improvements in fitness! 10 minutes is always better than nothing! Keep staying active! 🙌💕🥰
