May 2020 Crappie Fishing

Slayed some crappie using a venom lures predator shad jig under a slip bobber along the rocks at Buckeye Lake, OH. Then made some beer batter with Busch light for some fried crappie tacos!

Looks like TM mount held up. Any feedback on design and suggestions after years of use?

Yes, it still works great! Only thing I've been telling people is to use braided hose between the mount and rail. The mount itself had been great.

Both are delicious to me. Crappie has a little more flavor though.

I catch truckloads of walleye every year, but rarely do I chase crappie.

Delicious. Similar to Bluegill. White and flakey meat.
