I’m considering purchasing the mug press, I watched your video so I can learn a little before making the purchase. What if I wanted white font and a dark blue mermaid , and the colorful background, how would I layer that? Or can that not be done?
was wondering can you sublimate on top of the infusible ink after you have put on a mug?
Can you use a non sublimation mug with the infusable ink sheets?
Would layering the black first work on cloth projects also??
Is it just the cups that the black should be first then the other infusible ink when layering..or the same for shirts and such?

did the mug press automatically sense the temperature? sublimation typically requires a certain amount of time at a certain temperature, so not clear how this works. I just got my mug press a couple of days ago and haven't taken it out of the box yet.

How do I cut a perfectly sized window in an infusible ink transfer sheet to exactly fit the sublimation printed photo?
I tried to layer infusible ink by putting a red strike line through black ink. When I removed the red line layer, I noticed that the black ink was faded. What would cause this? Did I need to let it cool completely?

You don;'t have to use butcher paper with mug press from what I've seen.

So I learned a lesson when I tried this, it was an epic fail and I ruined my mug. I used red as my letters and then put on a darker background. The background totally hid the writing. Lesson learned, black letters with a light background.
Can I use another Cricut infusible ink sheet over the black and get the same results?

Yes, you can as long as they are made for sublimation.
