Chicken In Delicious Sauce - Tasty And Easy Recipe

We are going to make chicken in a delicious sauce. An easy and tasty recipe. Chicken braised in beer is one of the many hearty and filling one-pot dishes that Belgian chefs make so well.

ingredients for 4 persons:
4 chicken legs
butter and olive oil
20 silver onions
250 grams brown mushrooms
1 tsp sugar
2 cloves of garlic
3 carrots
2 tbsp flour
1 bottle of Trappist or Duvel
1 liter beef stock
thyme and bay leaf
parsley
100 ml cream
