I was flying that time from Sydney to Warsaw via Dubai however after the chaotic hours flight to Warsaw depart Dubai 😁 I was very lucky ! The rain was very heavy ! I thing the airport authority’s did everything what possible and Emirates staff was overloaded with work dealing with people anger ! I can only price te al staff including cleaners they work hard !

This heavy rain was very good to a certain point it washed away all the dust from buildings though it made glasses dirty😂😂😅😊 ,
Not only that both UAE residences ,tourists, local the enjoyed by swimming ,skating, playing basketball and more games in those flooded rain water though it's dangerous
On other hand the rain was too heavy to the extent of destroying businesses both privet , public and government sectors but we thank God no one lost his or her lives because some cats also were saved but police and government rescue teams and good samaritan the did great job we thank God ❤🎉🎉

I agree that they wouldn't of used cloud seeding when the storm was already massive. However what do we actually know about the impacts globally when seeding is only one from of weather modification used. How is all of this effecting weather across the globe, is it impacting the strange weather paterns that we've seen in the past decade? Butterfly effect?
