- Authorities in the United Arab Emirates have denied that record rainfall was exacerbated by cloud seeding - a practice used in the region to provoke increased rain.
A storm dumped the largest amount of rainfall the country has seen in more than 75 years.

@@robinsss it was as usual and the only reason it floods is because of barely any drainage since there is barely any rain here. It’s only this year that there has been a bunch of storms and all of them were natural lol everyone knew each of them were coming

That rapid, continuous kind of stroboscopic lighting was observed in my country too just before there was a tornado two years ago, damaging several villages. It was the first tornado in our region as far as all of the historical records show. Cloud seeding and sun covering is going on hard over all large cities here for over a decade. Establishment media also blamed global warming for those severe lightings, thunderstorms and the tornado too.

@alexhurley7617 clouds do travel but there's no proof ones that Dubai created went there furthermore cloud seeding is not that powerful and its effects are usually more immediate so even without looking at other countries who've had flooding there is no proven connection that the seeding caused the flooding

Completely leave out the fact that they seeded that exact storm a day before it hit. It was small and they over seeded it and flooded Dubai.

The UAE admitted to cloud seeding the day before the storm and the day before that. They claim they didn’t on the day of although planes did fly missions still. They probably saw the the clouds at that point and said, I think we’re good.

The problem across the middle east is that there is not really much in the way of drainage. The 8 years of my time in middle east, the rain water that did dump in the rain season has nowhere to go really. They do have storm drain systems, but the roads have no drains, not like here in uk where we have drain systems on nearly every road and definately every road in a town or city.
Honestly, in saudi where i was, any rain at all caused mayhem on roads.

My granddaughter works for a company selling luxury cars in Dubai. She'll be earning some great commission I think. Wiped out hundreds of cars. She says cloud seeding is usual there.

Build really tall lightning rods that house thousands of people in the middle of the desert and this will happen. The surrounding areas will suffer flooding and so on as a side effect.
