My iphone 14 plus is 16+ months old with 97% battery health currently. I plug charger whenever battery drops to around 7% and chargee it until 100%. I also do full discharge once or twice in a month. 80% charge wali baat myth hai. edit on 16th June 2024 : also I want to point out that my IPhone 14 plus was purchased from Chroma and it was a made in China unit. I think made in china phones are better than indian made because I recently purchased made in India Iphone 15 plus which has heating issue since day 1. some tips 1:dont charge your phone when your phone haet 2:dont use local charger and car charger 3:use 20W official adapter and cable 4:stop the using phone when your phone heat and let me know the reply witch model are you use and how much battery health on your phone and how much time use the phone

I maintain n take care of my iPhone so much….i charge only one time a day n used it nicely…if it started to get warm i dont used… and after taking care so much i lose 1% (99%) in 25 days n then I got angry n doesn’t take care anymore n suddenly after 3 days i lose 1% (98%) so i got worried n started to take care like before n doesn’t let my battery go below 25-30% n still after taking care so much..again i lose another 1% (97%) n the charge cyle is only 40 ….I dont understand what’s wrong with my iPhone…n it’s winter season only…the weather is not that hot also..i dont play games…i dont make or record videos …i just watch youtube n reels that’s also timely but still this apple is decreasing my battery capacity (no more purchasing iphone anymore, worst experience….iPhone 15 camera also not good …no used of wasting so much of money on it )
