TiffMiller1234...dear lady, immerse yourself in God's word, and most importantly...this is where many become shipwrecked in their faith, obey, respond to the things God reveals to you through his word! And BE CAREFUL of other so called Christians, who will desperately try to stall you out, compromise in your faith, give your all without holding back! When he tells you to cut someone, or something out of your life...DO IT! Wash yourself in the word, treat it as though you can't live without, seek ye first the kingdom, before anything and everything, or everyone else! I say this in love, this is what God is looking for! He will take care of you, if you put Him first!

This video, the newer ones, are hard to watch and make me really have to pray. These younger people these days, the way they dress, their rudeness, the hate I feel coming from them, it's crazy how far we've fallen over the years.
Yup. I would add though if you look at cliffe videos from 5,10,15, 20 years ago the kids were just as rude and hostile. Society hatting the gospel hasn’t changed in hundreds or thousands of years. The only difference today is The kids are more for wicked agendas like LGBTQ and other evil anti God agendas that have direct connection to Satan
Civil discussions are definitely getting harder, at least publicly. It doesn't even have to be about God. Sporting events alone can cause chaos in the stands.
I believe we aa humans have always been this way…it’s just now more out in the open and not hidden behind external “politeness”. I’ve encountered many “well-behaved” people who led absolutely wicked, godless lives behind the scenes..
Is it really a ‘sacrifice’ if God knew he as his son would just be god FOREVER after he gets killed? Doesn’t sound like a sacrifice to me. And why is god obsessed with blood sacrifice? It doesnt make sense, animal sacrifice needed to make up for ‘sins’ because the smoke and burning is pleasing to this god. Spread that idea to Jesus and oh now hes made up for every bad thing anyone’s ever done now 😂 He had to sacrifice himself to himself to make up for Adam and Eve eating the apple, makes sense.
@@zaydevans2077 1. Firstly, I suggest looking into it more. The depth of pain and suffering Jesus went through for you and I to be having this conversation isn’t equatable to anything we will ever face. Also, God is love, eternal love as the Trinity. So much more I could say on this but I already know this going to be a lengthy comment. (I’ll number paragraphs for easier reading) 2. Secondly, on the point of why the sacrificial system required a blood sacrifice, the whole of the Old Testament, every book, points toward the Great Sacrifice that was to come-that of Jesus’ sacrificial giving of His own life on our behalf. Leviticus 17:11 is the Old Testament’s central statement about the significance of blood in the sacrificial system. God, speaking to Moses, declares: “For the life of a creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one’s life.” 3. A “sacrifice” is defined as the offering up of something precious for a cause or a reason. Making atonement is satisfying someone or something for an offense committed. The Leviticus verse can be read more clearly now: God said, “I have given it to you (the creature’s life, which is in its blood) to make atonement for yourselves (covering the offense you have committed against Me).” In other words, those who are covered by the blood sacrifice are set free from the consequences of sin. 4. Of course, the Israelites did not know of Jesus per se, or how He would die on their behalf and then rise again, but they did believe God would be sending them a Savior. All of the many, many blood sacrifices seen throughout the Old Testament were foreshadowing the true, once-for-all-time sacrifice to come so that the Israelites would never forget that, without the blood, there is no forgiveness. This shedding of blood is a substitutionary act. Therefore, the last clause of Leviticus 17:11 could be read either “the blood ‘makes atonement’ at the cost of the life” (i.e., the animal’s life) or “makes atonement in the place of the life” (i.e., the sinner’s life, with Jesus Christ being the One giving life through His shed blood). 5. Hebrews 9:11-18 confirms the symbolism of blood as life and applies Leviticus 17:11 to the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ. Verse 12 states clearly that the Old Testament blood sacrifices were temporary and only atoned for sin partially and for a short time, hence the need to repeat the sacrifices yearly. But when Christ entered the Most Holy Place, He did so to offer His own blood once for all time, making future sacrifices unnecessary. This is what Jesus meant by His dying words on the cross: “It is finished” (John 19:30). Never again would the blood of animals cleanse men from their sin. Only by accepting Jesus’ blood, shed on the cross for the remission of sins, can we stand before God covered in the righteousness of Christ (2 Corinthians 5:21). 6. Our modern ideas about animal sacrifice come from all sorts of places, most of which are not biblical at all. These range from pagan practices in the temples of ancient Greece all the way to modern day examples, such as the recently suspended Gadhimai festival in southern Nepal. Many of us have inherited a story about animal sacrifice, and it goes something like this: The gods are angry with me and are going to kill me. But maybe if I kill this animal and make sure the gods get their pound of flesh, they’ll be appeased and happy. Maybe they won’t kill me or send a plague on my family. 7. If you’ve ever read (or heard of) any of the Greek classics by Homer, such as The Iliad, or The Odyssey, or maybe the more ancient Mesopotamians works like the Epic of Gilgamesh, you’ll recognize this storyline. The problem is that when we come to read about animal sacrifice in the Bible, we assume that the same gods are at work. Much of popular Christian belief has simply imported a pagan storyline-reminiscent of the Greek and Babylonian cultural texts referenced above-into Leviticus and the stories about Jesus’ death on the cross. 8. The result is a tragic irony. What the Bible is portraying as an expression of God’s love gets twisted into something dark. 9. The world’s version goes like this: "God is holy and perfect. You are not. Therefore, God is angry at you, or hates you, so he has to kill you. But because he’s merciful, he’ll let you bring this animal to him and will have the animal killed instead of you. Thankfully, Jesus came to be the one who gets killed by God instead of me. Jesus rescues us from God, so now we can go forever to the happy place after we die and not the bad place." 10. The main problem with this story is that it contains enough biblical language to pass for what the Bible actually says about animal sacrifice and Jesus’ death. However, when you allow Leviticus and the New Testament to speak for themselves, you can recognize this story as false. These misconceptions about God’s character most often originate in Leviticus and then go on to fundamentally twist our understanding of God in the rest of the Old Testament. This misunderstanding has a domino effect-it distorts what we believe about Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection in the New Testament.
@@zaydevans2077 11. In Leviticus, human sin is an act that vandalizes, infects, and defiles God’s good world. This idea is rooted in the depiction of human rebellion found in Genesis 3-11. Sin is the result of fractured relationships, and it leads to power struggles, violence, and widespread, systemic evil. All of this has a corrosive, or defiling, effect, not only on the wrongdoer but on the entire community. Remember, Leviticus comes right after the tabernacle is finished, where God is going to come dwell in the center of the Israelite community. Israel’s sin doesn’t just defile the camp, it even defiles the sacred space itself, making God want to leave. And this isn’t just a common space. The tabernacle, and the temple, is the meeting place of Heaven and Earth-the throne of God in human space. Israel’s rebellion isn’t simply about breaking a rule. It’s about humans introducing corruption, pain, and death into God’s world. They might as well be bringing that corruption right into the dwelling place of God. If Israel’s God leaves the temple space, then the entire nation will suffer the consequences of living in a land without God. 12. We already know this story from Genesis 3-11, when humanity had to leave God’s presence in Eden. It led to the rebellion of Babylon and ultimately to God’s people being enslaved in Egypt. The story of what happens in Egypt is an exploration of what happens when humans hijack God’s good world and redefine good and evil on their own terms. God’s justice is the only appropriate response to this kind of rebellious vandalism. 13. But God does not want to see people go down the same road and suffer the same consequences. God knows that the Israelites are corrupt humans like the rest of humanity, but he wants to be near his people. So he made a promise to Abraham that he would restore divine blessing to the nations through his descendants (remember Genesis 12). 14. By His own Word, God has promised not to destroy Israel when they sin against Him. This brings us to God’s alternative way of dealing with Israel’s sin and rebellion. It’s a symbolic ritual that takes an existing practice among Israel’s neighbors (animal sacrifice) and transforms its meaning. 15. The Israelites needed a system that could turn them away from sin, pay their sin “debt,” cleanse and purify the community and the temple from sin, and allow them to stay in God’s presence. That brings us to the practice of animal sacrifice introduced in Leviticus, which was a common practice within the context of the ancient Near East. But it has a totally different meaning and significance in Leviticus-the Israelites are not dealing with the angry, volatile gods of their ancient neighbors. 16. For the Israelites, cutting an animal’s throat and watching its blood (that is, its life) drain from its body was a visceral symbol of the devastating results of their sin and selfishness. The stakes are high-human evil releases death out into the world. It may not seem like such a big deal to cheat your neighbor or steal a donkey. It’s not like you’re murdering someone, right? But multiply that wrongdoing by tens or hundreds of thousands of people and you get a violent and corrupt community. Sin released into the world compounds and begins a downward spiral that we’ve seen before in the biblical story. So the animal’s symbolic death is a physical symbol of what’s really at stake-the life or death of the community. You could call this part of the symbol a deterrent. 17. However, the animal’s death was not just a reminder of sin’s tragic consequences. The animal’s life was also offered as a symbolic substitute. If sin vandalizes God’s world with death and pain, then God has every right to make people face the just consequences. But God loves his creation and does not want to kill them, so the animal’s life is symbolically offered as a ransom payment that would cover them. 18. The word “cover” is the literal meaning of the Hebrew words kipper/kopher, and was later translated into Old English as “atonement.” The Israelites saw the blood of an animal as a symbol of the animal’s life itself (see Leviticus 17:11). Since blood represents life, or the opposite of death, its sprinkling around the temple would act like a detergent. It symbolically washed the temple of death and defilement (the natural result of sin). The end result is that God’s presence stays with the people of Israel. 19. These atoning sacrifices were the means by which God would deal with the Israelites’ sin and provide a reliable system to maintain a right relationship between God and sinful humans. 20. The symbolism of animal sacrifice in the Bible is a concrete expression of God’s justice and grace. It reminded the Israelites of the serious nature of sin and the consequences for the individuals and the community at large. Ultimately, these sacrifices showed the Israelites how much God wanted to stay in his covenant relationship with them. He wanted them to become the kingdom of priests he called them to be. 21. If we want to better understand what the ancient Israelites thought about animal sacrifice, we should read what they wrote about it. And if we want to see how this practice brings Jesus’ sacrifice into new light, we should look toward the ancient Israelites’ writings. Fortunately for us, 1 John provides insight into this ancient practice and the significance of Jesus’ death. 22. John was a disciple of Jesus who grew up going to Jerusalem for Passover every year and offered many sacrifices in the temple throughout his life. He also spent time with Jesus in Galilee and Jerusalem. And most significantly, he was one of the only male disciples who watched Jesus die on the cross. When he reflected on the meaning of Jesus’ death and how it was a sacrifice for our sins, he did not say anything about God’s anger or how he wanted to kill people-just the opposite. He speaks of Jesus’ sacrificial death as the ultimate expression of God’s love. I hope this helped anyone reading. Loving prayers and blessings, in Jesus name!

@@uolocur9356 I knew what you meant but I was working and not really paying attention when I responded. My question is why do you call it a "fairy tale"? It's definitely not a fairy tale. It's a historical claim, not, in a land far far away and a long long time ago...., it's in this place at this time this person said and did this. Now you can say that they were mistaken, or even that they lied, but it's not a "fairy tale". It's also the fact that the Bible is fairly accurate when it is meant to be. They don't talk about mythical places as fairy tales do and archeologists time and again have turned to the bible when searching for sites. Some of the largest "got you" points of atheist scholars have been proven true, such as Pilate being a real ruler. The pool of Bethesda actually exists, Ciaphis being the high priest, debris in the red sea, etc... Add that to the fact that we have very very early copies of the new testament and even earlier of the Old and they all agree shows we actually have what was written. It's pretty clear The Bible is NOT Jack and the Beanstalk. For millennia scholars and scientists said the Bible was a joke, and that the universe didn't have a beginning, but the background radiation discovered blew that idea out of the water and again showed the accuracy of the Bible. Every person I've interacted with this with, including violent criminals, and excluding post-modern university students, admits that there is right and more importantly WRONG! Objective morals are a thing. Society is NOT the end-all for right and wrong and deep down you know that. But atoms can not create a value of right and wrong. Deep in the hearts of many they know God to be real but you fight so hard against it you actually do embrace actual fairy tales. The whole multi-verse thing is a joke. It's an unprovable/untestable, idea with ZERO evidence that was admittedly created as a workaround of the beginning of the universe, but people say Christians are irrational!!! There's literally TONS more evidence for the existence of a God and the reliability of the Gospels and New Testament. I was like you once. Angry, shaking my fist at God trying to disprove everything. It wasn't til I put my big boy pants on and got honest with myself that I realized I was purposely ignoring what was true all because I didn't like the truth. The whole Frank Turek question, If Christianity were true would I become a Christian, my answer was NO! I don't need or want a God, but when I stepped out of my echo chamber and began to read after people on both sides of the issue I found where the real truth is. I will be praying you do the same.

Are you keeping it on Saturday, instead of by the lunar calendar like it originally was? Does ritual supersede love of God? So many problems with this sabbath stumbling block. The sabbath was made for man, and each man makes up his mind about which days he holds as important, so long as he commits them to Christ.

"God Loved the World in This Way, He Gave His Only Son..." This sentence also makes no sense in connection with all other Christian ideas. To whom does it benefit if someone sacrifices his son, who he himself is supposed to be. What does sacrifice mean to one who is supposed to be immortal and omnipotent? How can the martyrdom of Jesus "save" someone? The psychology behind this is perfectly clear: 1. People are told that they are inherently bad and 2. That is why they are "lost" after death, which means endless suffering. 3. that the only remedy is to believe that the sacrificial death of the god, which actually isn't one. This belief is completely bizarre. Why is it that so few who have been brought up in this faith realize this? But they, in turn, consider other faiths to be bizarre. This clearly shows that any religious belief is brainwashed.
The fact is, your religion of atheism is the pinnacle of brainwashing. The Bible is the only truth the Godless world has. For the answers to all your questions, I suggest instead of criticizing the Bible that you actually read it, from beginning to end.

@@Theo_Skeptomai yes, historical and logical evidence proves God is real. Believing in the atheist theory of evolution requires even more faith than believing there is a God who made the world. Scientists have proven more and more things, for example fossils can happen in mere seconds, there are fossils of animals eating others and during that time they became fossils. This just proves that there was a big flood in the world. The fact Israel nation crossed the red sea is also evident because there are wheels of chariots on the seabed. Hmm... And if that proves there is a God, and that God helped Israel. Then the Old Testament is true. And if the Old Testament is true then also the new Testament is. Regarding the New Testament, Cliffe says the literary style is historical narrative, I tend to disagree with that, I can only speak for myself, but to me, they don't read as historical narrative, the gospels as i read them off the page read as a fantastic story as opposed to factual accounts in history. How would someone go about proving any of the miracles in the New Testament?
Then you don't read so good. But if you think you can actually make your case and not just make claims... about "your truth"... Bonnie? Now, how would anyone go about proving that any of the 3 core doctrines of your naturalistic faith are even possible, let alone probable? It is not just not believing but rejection of truth, a denial of the evidence, the devil believes in God, yet he will not serve him because he wants to live for his own glory.
@CJBlake-ym6ky no, the devil believes in God. The question is have you examined the evidence for God? If you have what is your conclusion? Believing something doesn't make it true, the evidence does, and there is tons of evidence that supports God.

(I’ll number paragraphs for easier reading)
2. God, speaking to Moses, declares: “For the life of a creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one’s life.”
Jesus rescues us from God, so now we can go forever to the happy place after we die and not the bad place."

Lord, I pray you continue to bless Cliff and Stuart and his whole team that are out here trying to spread the love and knowledge of Jesus and thank you Lord for giving him the upmost patience! Cliff needs to read the book the Word appears in the flesh. It is Jesus 'current words for the last days. It has millions of words from God. The first Bible only has 760,000 words most written by various men. The Word Appears in the Flesh is God's second and final Bible that contains words that God's Holy Spirit wrote. It has 0% men's words and 100% God's words. It is the fulfillment of Bible prophesy that Jesus said "I have many things to say to you but you cannot bear them now however when He the Spirit of truth comes He will guide you into all truth for He will not speak of Himself but whatever He hears He will tell it to you." This book contains the one and only way into heaven. That is why Jesus said "search the scriptures for in them you think you have life and they speak of Me but you will not come to Me that you might have life." Almighty God is the new name that Jesus takes in the last days that Revelation prophesied the Almighty. Google the church of Almighty God videos.

@@Theo_Skeptomai The triune God's:

The more science tries to say there is no God, the more they prove he actually exists.
