Franconian Way of St. James - stage 5 Gräfenberg - Kalchreuth

April 26, 2019: After a hearty breakfast, I set off at around 7:45 a.m. for an encounter with the supernatural. The way from Gräfenberg leads over an old pagan place of worship, where things are not supposed to be right...
Not following the clearly wrong signposts, I climb a mountain and end up in the devil's kitchen without having contradicted a woman. I take a break at the devil's table and wander through the devil's living room (with QR code) several times in search of the way to the valley, before I find it with the help of the Almighty.
Before Igensdorf I use a real pilgrim's rest area before I get a pilgrim's stamp from the pastor of St. George's Church.
At the Erlangen golf course, a man warns me about his tee shot. The Way of St. James goes over the golf course!?
In Steinbach I meet two ducks and have to think of the famous duck dream of the Munich comedian Karl Valentin (see also

After a long march through forest and meadows, I finally arrive at Gasthof Maisel in Kalchreuth at 2:30 p.m.
After a shower and pilgrim clothes washing, I enjoy a Franconian dinner with a dear relative and exchange ideas with her about my pilgrimage and everything.
Distance: 20.6 km (With wandering around on the mountain near Gräfenberg etc. I get almost 24 km)
