Dileep's case seems exaggerated. In police force Hierarchy is very important unless you have a strong backing from ruling party. There are substantiating statements regarding her character and behavior on the way she was bought up. If she accused an officer for sexual harassment there should be supporting evidence, here victim may not be cooperative. She is the first female IPS officer of Kerala. Her statements should be given enough consideration. let more whistle blowers come to light. Then only system will be corrected.
