I have some goals for 2023 such as a number from the Rory Gilmore challenge, a certain number of classics, etc. But as I also went thru my shelves to see what I own that I haven't read, I have literally had to force myself into a goal of reading 20 books I have before I purchase any more books. I just finished the Kingdom of the Wicked trilogy and ended up really enjoying it. The first one is definitely slow and included too much about cooking and food but the mystery, betrayal, and spice definitely made up for it in the rest of the series.

I haven't read House of Sky and Breath yet but I'm dying to get to it after I heard some things about the ending, I definitely think you should finish the throne of glass books they just get better as you read them! I am another person onboard with the HP series read! One of my favourite series. Although (and this may be controversial) I do recommend watching the movies first so that you can get the full extent of the fantasy visualisation when reading. E.g. Hogwarts will be so much clearer and extravagant to visualise if you've watched the movies.
