Wow the dynamics and such beautiful control. He made that strat cry and sing!! Hands down this video is one of the best kept secrets on UA-cam!! Thanks for the upload!!

One of the most common/affoddable tube amps on the market. While he's still got the nice strat and the klon on hand, its pretty cool to see him getting the same quality of tone he gets with the big dollar rigs.
@kylechartier3710 10k because of who made it but I promise you theres no magic components or any thing you cant get for $100 if it was made by someone else. That sound is pure talent.

Just what i expected...brilliance. Btw Will Lee, the bass player, is phenomenal as well... used to be with Paul Shafer on the Late Show.. what a great house band that was
These are the BEST shows that I absolutely LOVE going to! Small hole in wall kinda dive bar type shit having some drinks with a nice gal watching something this great after being at the pool all day, yeah, that’s the life! Fk all that crowded stadium BS but I bet the line was 3 miles long outside this joint even after Joe played! Awesome!
Technically I was covering this as a journalist, but I still go there only 1 1/2 hour before the show thinking I'd be LATE. Never thought only 2 would be there before me, BUT within 30 minutes the line went a mile long around the corner!! I totally agree, these "Hole-in-the-Wall" shows are the BEST< and Joe was smokin' that night!
Looks like he’s plugged into a Fender Deville to me. It’s behind the Deluxe Reverb that doesn’t have anything plugged into it. That’d also likely explain the drive he’s getting at the lower volume without the klon on. Getting a twin to have that much breakup would be too much volume for that room.
Finally, he's playing with feeling even though he's copying Roy Buchanan and Jeff Beck's haunting higher register tonal styles it still made my face melt ❤
I'm a new listener, what is it with people talking so badly about Joe? He is an incredible guitarist and from what I can tell in interviews a humble and nice guy. I mean blues sounds alike. Countless blues bands sound alike...
