His corrections were perfect. And all the other girls watching so intensely really shows how much they respect their teacher as well as their fellow students. I see so many youngsters just want to get their legs as high as possible without thinking about the alignment of the body and it's kinda frustrating to me, so glad this instructor is fixing this (the girl looks a little embarrassed though, lol)

He’s a GREAT dance teacher, because during my 7 years of dance experience, I quit dance because I suddenly lost the motivation to dance. I didn’t know why, because I loved dancing, but it didn’t feel like I loved it. I realized it was because how my teachers acted towards me when I mess up. I started messing up more often because I get so tense when we go across the floor for warm ups. Everyone was just staring at me REAL hard, especially my teachers. I struggled with anxiety so it didn’t end out well, they would criticize me in front of everyone and when I would mess up again they straight out yelling at me. If you do a sport or an art where you need another human to support you, like dance or gymnastics, then touching a student like this is not only common but the safe way to teach. You can point from a distance, but like in this instance, the student couldn't feel the difference for herself until he pushed the right part of her body into place. Often the teacher is helping a student do a skill they are not physically capable of alone yet, so they know how it feels to do it correctly. Whether that's moving a leg higher than they have the strength to support or holding someone through a backend they can't land yet, a good teacher/coach is going to be hands on because it's dangerous otherwise. It's not weird or creepy unless the touches are unprofessional, unnecessary, or inappropriate. I would also be startled if someone touched me like that, because I never did a sport like this. But you have to have some level of reasonableness.
When you are genuinely smiling and completely engaged with your teacher (rather than looking around in order to get comfort from the others, or - worse - seeing who is a little TOO happy that you are being publically corrected) it speaks volumes about the program. ❤

Put your leg down a little lower and then you can lower the opposite hip, as it should be. Don’t ever extend yourself to where you can’t control yourself. Control is more important and beautiful.
Beautiful form on such a lovely little lady!! My daughter is in ballet and loves it!! I was a gymnast, rode horses and figure skated for almost 16 years, and then played field hockey all through high school!! It's so good for your spirit to do things that make your heart smile ❤
Wtf? Look at her iliac crests😳. She has such a crazy ratio short torso-long legs 😍. Not to talk about her extension and how her brain is on fire to keep control, process the correction give the order to the rib cage. His _He-he!! Not fall!!_ 😅 simply lovely 🖤.
She’s going to be a beautiful ballerina. What a wonderful thing to watch. The teacher is doing exactly what he was supposed to do. I’m impressed with this. Her extension is clearly amazing. But she needs to learn how to use the rest of her training to perfect her technique as well. And she seems to be in capable hands with that teacher. Well done everyone. I’d love to watch her progress to the place where she’s meant to be when she’s older and ready for a successful career in dance. Keep working hard and you’ll be the best dancer that you can be my friend. I wish you much success and happiness.
i ride horses, and whenever my instructor is correcting me or someone else, they don’t say everything that is wrong. that way, it’s not overwhelming and you can think properly about the biggest issues. the biggest issue here was her waist dropping, not her fingers.
People often mistake uneven hips with natural human movement. If she only went to 90 degrees in order to keep the alignment in her hips, then she would be wasting her potential. Also that is why she is in a ballet class, to learn. You can't and shouldn't judge a dancer, or anyone, for their mistakes.
There are old women that wanted to do this all there lives but there parents said no so feel lucky you get the chance to live out a dream even if your not very good at least you ever able to try your best your chance to shine and remember not every one gets to be the best til not ment for everyone but the spot you have is the best because your doing it your living it and that has to be the greatest feeling in the world you got to be one no matter what you got to I got stuck with a panio and for 4 yrs I never played I hated it so remember this where dreams are made

@@edit_worldd of course! i wish the best for you!
What? Don't be so foolish.
Put your leg down a little lower and then you can lower the opposite hip, as it should be. Don’t ever extend yourself to where you can’t control yourself. Control is more important and beautiful.
Dancing RUINED my body. I’m only 30 years old and suffer from severe hip bursitis from hours of “turning out my hips” sciatica, etc… but I did love it
If I had a teacher this loving, I would have never stopped dancing
I wish my ballet teacher had been this kind and soft spoken. Lol
Beautiful form on such a lovely little lady!! My daughter is in ballet and loves it!! I was a gymnast, rode horses and figure skated for almost 16 years, and then played field hockey all through high school!! It's so good for your spirit to do things that make your heart smile ❤
Omg another horse rider ❤😃
Fui a ballet por unos cuantos años, tuve profesores hombre y mujeres, los dos tocaban igual al corregir pero se seguía sintiendo incómodo jajajshsh
This makes me so happy. Great technique correction.
Perfect correction!! He's teaching her to use her technique not just natural ability!! Bravo❤
Good teacher instructs without criticizing.
He wasn’t just correcting and teaching her, the entire class was focused on what he was saying, he clearly has their respect
She did try.... Good 👍 👍
How amazing is it to see a child become this beautiful dancer
Oh gosh, ballet is so intense. I love watching it.
Always love to watch Slawomir teaching. Very light touch, very precise, very supportive and positive
So respectful. 🥰
This little girl looks like Anne Hathaway 😮❤
Wtf? Look at her iliac crests😳. She has such a crazy ratio short torso-long legs 😍. Not to talk about her extension and how her brain is on fire to keep control, process the correction give the order to the rib cage. His _He-he!! Not fall!!_ 😅 simply lovely 🖤.
I’ve been doing ballet since I was four, but but this younger girl is better than me.
I do ballet too my teacher hits us with sticks to correct us tho
Switch classes
Get outta there
😍😍😍😍😍😘😘😘😘ojalas. que. cho tambien. puedaaserlo😊😊😗😗😗😗💎💎💎💎💎👩
La cadera no esta mal.puesta , gracias
Ugh, I am obsessed with these ballet videos. I’m living vicariously through them lol.
Shame he didn't tell her soften her fingers
i ride horses, and whenever my instructor is correcting me or someone else, they don’t say everything that is wrong. that way, it’s not overwhelming and you can think properly about the biggest issues. the biggest issue here was her waist dropping, not her fingers.
Hey was on ur live last night ballet was good last night!
Lovely correction of spinal alignment and a more controlled tombe. So fun to watch such promising dancers take well given correction.
Such a beautiful correction. Clearly a very adaptable student!
How did she get away with that for so long? Her hips are still out of form.
People often mistake uneven hips with natural human movement. If she only went to 90 degrees in order to keep the alignment in her hips, then she would be wasting her potential. Also that is why she is in a ballet class, to learn. You can't and shouldn't judge a dancer, or anyone, for their mistakes.
Her realizing it's actually 10× harder now
My ballet never does this she just says "No your doing it wrong" and doesn't tell me how to do it right
There are old women that wanted to do this all there lives but there parents said no so feel lucky you get the chance to live out a dream even if your not very good at least you ever able to try your best your chance to shine and remember not every one gets to be the best til not ment for everyone but the spot you have is the best because your doing it your living it and that has to be the greatest feeling in the world you got to be one no matter what you got to I got stuck with a panio and for 4 yrs I never played I hated it so remember this where dreams are made
So gentle 🥲♥️
I could never do ballet because a) I’m not coordinated enough b) I’m SUPER inflexible and c) I like food too much 😅
Creo q todos los que iniciamos ballet éramos la chiquita de atrás xd
I’ve always wanted to learn ballet but never knew how to go about it because it looks so beautiful 👏😤
More turnout so she has support to the standing side.
Well corrected , supporting side is often forgotten nowadays . Ex professional ballet dancer.
Wow, I was amazed from the beginning from the little ballerina.
Her fingerssssss he actually gave good corrections, though
This is why ballet is difficult. It isnt the major moves but the finer details that make mastery a challenege
I could watch him teach all day long ❤
As a teenage ballet dancer, I know how beautiful but difficult it is. It requires the almost impossible of the body.
when I was a kid I was doing a rhythmic gymnastics and seeing this video now I understand the difference between ballet and gymnastics and just realized that my teacher never fixed our torso while we were doing this move even if our torsos were turned down 😅
Какой кропотливый титанический
труд с детства, воля, самообладание, совершенство!

He was absolutely correct with his advise. She has beautiful tall frame long lines. Going to be fantastic when older dancing
Gazele legs❤😢
