Tipically girly bags, full of things that will almost never be used, “just in case…”. I know what I mean, I’ve got five daughters. But they are good juvenile dancers. It is in their discharge. Cheers! BTW, it would be fun to compare their bags with the male dancers ones!

I’m a female martial arts student with almost 5 years of training. I’m in multiple years of black belt 🥋 prep.
My bag has:
4 Philippine escrema ( arm length fighting sticks )
1 pair sparring gloves
1 pair sparring padded shoes
1 sparring padded helmet
2 Sai ( Japanese Police self defense batons that look like medium size swords/dagger but blunt)
1 yoga stretching strap
1 sports towel
2 kicking target mitts
1 6ft Bo( Staff ) for self defense, sparring, and Katas ( like ballet routine steps broken down to make a complete multi step dance as a whole. )
Just a thought: since both martial arts students and ballet students are super strong & flexible…..
It would be cool to see how each other did trying the other persons sport/art !
I think ballet students would make FABULOUS martial arts people! The strength, balance, flexibility….. would be a fierce warrior & a match made in heaven! 😊❤

Cute video. I didn’t see any knee pads. A pair in your bag is essential. Really helps with rehearsal, and saves your knees for later in life when dance is over.
