Awesome home. Well worth the money. Well done video. That extra space I would fix it up as an extra kitchen.
Amazing. No shared walls. Crank it up and embarrass the kids. The kitchen is perfect. Not too big. I would love having a refrigerator that size. All you can buy in the States are these huge things with water and ice dispensers. All it lacks is a window above the sink. This neighborhood, from the first balcony is just super. Parking across the street, all in good shape. I love it.
The bedrooms are small but adequate. All it lacks is a roof terrace. The storage room would be perfect for a Vespa or bigger motorcycle. Great property. Thanks for the tour.

I was wondering where you learned English? You have an extensive vocabulary plus you use a lot of common expressions I usually only hear from native speakers. Did you live in the USA or Briton for a while maybe?
Hi Craig! Thanks for your kind comment! Since I came back in Italy I've lost a bit of vocabulary but I'm happy to hear it's still at a decent level. To answer your question, I've learnt English a bit of here and there, I firstly studied it with an Australian teacher, then I practiced watching mostly UK content such as top gear and other BBC documentaries, the I worked in Ireland and then I was a translator of USA TV shows when I did Italian subtitles, so yeah, hard to say how I was influenced!
@@OneStopAbruzzo That would explain your excellent use of English, normally you don't hear that depth of the language, or colloquialisms, slang, from a non-native speaker. It surprised me at first.
I watch many videos on homes in Italy for sale and you are definitely a favorite, keep up the good work!
