Great bindings guys! One thing that I found super helpful when centering ankle/toe straps - fitting the straps WHILE wearing your boots is a lot more effective as they can expand quite a bit with your feet actually in them. And you can identify pressure points before getting on the hill.
funny fact, Union states, please do not use loctite or similar stuff, but the original screws are covered with blue loctite 😂🤔😁 but great and simple video 👍
I got thirtytwo tm2 US9 for medium union force binding which is under the recommended size. I cannot get down to 3~4 teeth when fully strapped while maintaining the straps centred... Is the binding too small for my boots?

I just got forces for 260 dollars and he made it seem like the contact pros are better however they were anywhere from 200-230 from what I saw. Was just wondering if something changed and if the forces are the better model now?
I was trying to figure that out as well. Plus, he didn't make it look like he really put it in the other (heal) position. It looked as if it stayed in the spot closest to the edge of the board (closest to the toes). I was really trying to see if he moved it closer to the heal, but couldn't.

i set up my union bindings on my board but they seem too long for the board, like they hang over the edge by almost a centimetre on my toe side then if i shift it back it hangs off my heel side. Anything i can do to fix this other than get a bigger board?
hi, i have a 154cm k2 fatboy snowboad its wide, fits 12shoes but i feel its hard to maneuver and catches speed really fast, i'm 200lbs, 5'11. is the board too short as a beginner board, or i need to go snowboarding more often to develop skill?. should I get a 162" size board? various online snowboard sizing sites mention 161 to 163" for my weight height. please share any tips. thanks.
I set up the Union/Capita Stay Badass bindings size (M/L) with my size 10 K2 boots but I'm only able to get maybe 2 or 3 teeth into the ratchet even with the adjustable settings all the way to the max. Should I get a L/XL pair of bindings to accommodate the boots?
I try do adjust highback parallel with my board edge on my Union binding, but that cause my highback edge tip convex which might cause my boots hurt. Any suggestion? Thanks.
W Wang Don’t even bother to adjust, it doesn’t make any difference, just leave ur high back in the center, this whole high back rotation adjustment thing is a myth.
I have the 2020 flight pros and I was having a problem when I moved the heel cup to we’re it needed to be for my boots to be centered, it would slide back over the day riding and my heels would hang further off throughout the day. I tightened them well but it still happens

I've got a problem with the highback on my Forces(17th). If I rotate the highback it damages my boots because the corner of highback(which has the last hole for screw) fits too tight with them. Because of this I have to ride without rotation.
Heelcup can be adjusted to center your boots in the binding. The toe strap being in the back to go over the toes is nonsense... run it however you think feels best!

im no expert but i assume making the highbacks flat with the edge can help initiate heelside turns more smoothly because the pressure point areas on the highback may change. i also believe it gives you a little more room to tweak grabs?
Got a set of union ultra forged carbon bindings with 4x2 plates but my board is 4x4 is there any way to mount these bindings on this board or am I stuck with a binding I can't use. There is no other plate in the binding and the 4x4 plate I have doesn't look like it would fit
Gela _ I tried every which way to mount. If the board was 4x2 and bindings 4x4 then you would be correct but the other way round does not work either laterally or longitudinally. I was wondering if there are 4x4 plates for the forge carbon bindings. Haven't managed to find a set though.

Unfortunately, the mini disc isn't compatible with the 4X4 pattern and we do not offer any 4x4 compatible discs for mini disc bindings. All of our standard disc bindings like the Atlas, Force, ST, and Flite Pro will work on the 4X4 pattern. Sorry for the troubles. Thanks,

I don't think you're looking for an answer for this anymore but yes. i have my flite pros set up on a board that uses burton 3D but i have to use the burton 3D baseplate with my bindings for them to work :)

The Loctite on the supplied screws are not liquid and will not destroy the plastic (as opposed to the threadlock that you might use)

I knew I was wearing my strap somewhat correctly over the boot. People were calling me crazy!
Wrapping your bolts in a little PTFE tape is amazing at keeping them tight.. I haven't had to tighten them since I started this trick!

You can angle your bindings more

Following your instruction, I installed my SCOTT STEVENS Bindings. but where is the highback lean adjustment on that model?
JuliusJueLi it doesn’t have one - Scott Stevens doesn’t use forward lean therefore they removed the adjuster

On this binding they are micro plates I haven't been able to find 4x4 discs anywhere yet.

P Ark Do you have minidisk bindings? If so they only work with 4x2 mounting patterns and you’re board might have a 4x4 mounting pattern.
