Thanks so much for this, this seems to be one of the only videos I could find with this specific float type (most of them demonstrate the kind with the integrated screw). Ultimately adjusting the float didn't fix my problem (from additional research it sounds like there might be a decayed washer), but it helped me troubleshoot. Thanks again!
Perfect, very well explained. She has a soft calm voice. This lady's voice is also used in sci-fi films, when the mother-ship does a count down self-destruct sequence. "Warning. 3 minutes to Self-Destruction". The same sort of thing can happen with plumbing, well mine anyway, i.e. water hitting the ceiling. Still, I digress, great vid. Thank you.
Thank you, fixed my problem. I have just moved into a new house and obviously the usless plumbers could not be bothered to adjust the float valves, we had to flush twice everytime we went to the toilet.
great! you guys are the only ones who show exactly what to do. any chance you can tell me why the water is low in the bowl? not the tank the bowl...thanks
This problem has increased my blood pressure significantly in the last few weeks, but one view of this video was enough to help me fix the problem in 10 minutes. Can’t thank you enough.
Excellent explanation. Thankyou for this video. I knew there had to be an adjustment, but I didn't know where it was. The float chamber was hard up against the back wall of the new cistern, not allowing me to twist the valve. I had to loosen the water inlet valve white plastic nut under the cistern, and turn the whole inlet valve quarter of a turn clockwise, retighten the nut, so I could then twist the valve and raise it to achieve the correct water level. Thanks again.

Thank you so much for your video. The only helpful video we have found. Pat yourself on the back, you saved us!
Good video but annoying toilet design because you cannot adjust the water level in the bowl. It completely sucks.

thank you so much, like other opinion u guys are the only resource that explain how to adjust the water level, not even Carama's website, awesome :)
I saw your video.I think we should have the opportunity to cooperate. We mainly do this kind of products.
Please tell me numbers of the flash and fill valves for replacement
Anticlockwise 😊

Very good and clear explanation with excellent demo, you saved my day on wonder why the flushing power was weak!
