The guy with the polar bear was so sweet. You can tell when he says he loves her, but his logical minds hedges his emotions when he says "It's just a really special bond. I love her a lot. I can't say she loves me. She really is bonded to me." But then his wife so confidently says "She loves him. She loves him. There's no doubt." You can see it in his eyes right there. The very thought that this beautiful animal could love him as much as he loves her means the world to this man, and that can only happen when you love someone else with all your heart.
The Hippo sleeping with the dog on her back quite literally made laugh out loud. Memories of my years as a wildlife rehabilitator came flooding back, with tears of joy.

I've heard a story of a man in Africa who had such a bond with a local clan of Hyenas that they sometimes lead him back to their den to show off their cubs to him. To put it in perspective they don't even do that with *eachother.*
@Jasmine N. he’s a man who talks about animals. Just look up casual Geographic and you’ll be amazed on how much stuff he knows and has really good humor!
I saw the same thing with two half brothers. They were born a day apart and brought up together. I bought the younger one and he never settled. If he saw a grey horse he would always call to it. Then four years later I bought his brother. As I led him from the trailer he saw his brother in the field and he got away from me and jumped the gate still wearing his travelling boots. They squealed with delight and nuzzled together. Don't let anyone tell you animals don't remember or that they don't feel love, because they do..
They feel love. I gave away a kitten and kept his mom and brother. Months later he came back after traveling 20 miles through city and freeway. He was exhausted, his hair was matted and he was so dirty but he found his way home. Days later I contacted the new owner and she came back for him. A few years later he was killed by a car. What a sad event. I felt so guilty for sending him away after he made it home. I will never do that again!!.
I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new car or that vacation just yet and that mindset helps me make more money investing. Animals are great Investment!!.
No she's not!... UA-cam is a public place; i can't drop her information here but You can just put her name on google and you will be directed to her website and drop her your message.
And she has respect for the animal also. Thats why she wont rush the animals to hug them as some people here in the comment section seem to think you can do.
@@shah5824 Absolutely, but I can imagine some reporters would crack too many jokes all the time or act more scared than they already are for “entertainment” purposes. Sometimes it’s just a bit annoying, but she has a different approach and it’s really nice to see.
I had a hummingbird visit me for about 3 years. Not sure why she picked me. She brought her babies to see me once and they all hovered in front of me for 10 seconds and she used to come in my house if I left the back door open. I never fed or tried to tame her but I did talk to her almost everyday. This video makes me miss my little homie.
@@clashaccount8737 Indeed. I think the term „mobbing“ in German for „bullying“ (English) came from a psychologist who observed his geese singling out a week member of their flock and bullied it. Building a „mob“ against the goose. Therefore „mobbing“.
I personally think the greatest creature on this video by far, was the young lady who brought this entire experience to our homes. Thank you for bringing us this experience and opportunity to see these dangerous animals up close in a much different light than I could have ever experienced, as well as showing us your true beauty with your love for these animals. It was truly a wonderful experience getting to see this through your eyes and your experiences. Thank you!
The Lion set up is a eco- tourism scam. You are NOT supposed to live/hangout with Lions 🦁 PERIOD. It’s not “if” someone gets killed, it’s WHEN. This is some Tiger King shit.🤬
@@tejasbhat4477 Indeed! I believe they're actually the only animals known and proven to actively hunt humans specifically because we're humans. The only ones eho see us specifically as lower kn the food chain
Can't imagine how incredible these people's lives are. I mean, I recently met a fox 3 times in three nights at my workplace and I’ve been smiling about it for a week. 8)
You don't understand how big of a commitment that is. People view it as a passion without realizing how much time and money you sacrifice so that an animal could live a decent life... keep in mind 99% of the animals you see in these 'emotional' videos are incapable of surviving in the wild.
I have 2 stoats that come in my back garden regularly. I put out cat food for them and the hedgehogs and the stoats love the cat food. Watching them out my kitchen window gives me so much pleasure and never fails to leave me with a big smile.
Geese are the most bold animals out there. I live amongst thousands of them (Canadian Geese) and holy are they bold. They will go after my 80lb German Shepherd on leash!
Geese especially attack when they’re nesting in the spring. You’ll actually see the mother goose with the babies and the father goose guarding and shooing off anyone that walks by. They’ll fly right over or into your head if you get too close. They don’t get joy out of just hurting people. Lol
Actually no it’s not, google it... hippos are extremely dangerous and aggressive, they will kill instantly, no matter how “well trained” they are unpredictable.... if that dog simply pisses it off somehow the dog would be killed in seconds...
@@TheBaBaTV that hippo came to their house they didn't capture it so they helped him stay alive , he's not captured he can come and go whenever he wants , they can't keep him out for they safety of their dog because he's dangerous
For those who do not know, that a goose can be very much like a guard dog! Many people who raise chickens will also put a baby goose in with the chickens, and that goose will defend those chickens with its life... A goose will fight off a fox any kind of bird of prey And will probably chase away any human being that comes near the chickens
Robert Maki - The Roman legions 2,000 years ago brought a flock of geese with them wherever they went to act as guards at night. If any person or animal approached their camp, the geese would raise a ruckus and warn the Romans. The Romans probably ate one once in a while.
Our neighbor had a guard goose who cornered a COP! The cop grew up on a farm and was laughing so hard (he knew the goose's human) he could barely stand up. Sadly, the goose met his match when he took on a pick-up truck going 60 mph.
I used to volunteer at a wildlife sanctuary. I got to take care of the Bears. I would bring food into their compound and dump it into their trough. There were seven bears, and 3 of them became good friends with me. It was awesome getting real bear hugs. I really miss those days
I love the Buffalo section. You can tell how much the dude respects the bison when he said “Wild Thing knows I do everything for him, that I don’t do anything against him, and that everything is for him”
yea in Holland (friesland) farmers bild a fence around there province, against the wolf, that hunts on sheeps, but i say just put a buffel by the sheeps, so the buffel is protecting the sheeps against the wolfs. they do that also in Brazil, but then against the Jaguar.
Hippo, Buffalo, Lions, Hyenas : Lead us, master! Goose : Hey, get away from my pet! Edit : Thanks everyone for liking my pet's comment - Gini the Goose
My late Dad once told me that animals detected our emotions, they know who have pure hearts or not. Watching this video is going to be my soul filler bc I love animals too. Let's keep spreading this light.
I’ve worked with horses, and I can tell you that it is 100% correct. The horse I worked with most (named Gambler) could detect my emotional state from a dozen yards away as I approached down the path each day. When I was happy, she would perk up and be super playful. When I was angry about something, she would be very hesitant and cautious (I generally would avoid working on these kinds of days though). The craziest one though, is that when I was sad, she would always stay very close, nudging and keeping an eye on me. Essentially doing the horse equivalent of a friend giving you a hug and telling you everything will be okay. Absolutely wonderful animals.
@@hexerin OH MY GOD! Your story is so beautiful and precious. Big hugs for you and princess Gambler. This is the most sweetest thing I’ve ever heard today 😍
The stereotypical puppy dog eyes got me. For a minute it seemed no different than a domesticated dog coming over for affection. I know Hyenas are wild and obviously more powerful and dangerous than dogs but they're still seriously misunderstood and have the capacity to love and care just like dogs.
Hey you know that guy has a chanell here on youtube. It's called lion whisperer he mostly works with lions but he does also work with leoperdas and hyenas. So yeah shotout to Kevin Richardson.
emma M I work with a black bear regularly, go in the cage with him, play with him, and I would say the reporter is more brave. When a wild animal like that is around you a lot they trust you, so you have no choice but to respect and trust them. They get used to you. They’re much more unpredictable when there’s strangers around, thus much more dangerous. It’s really easy to forget that they’re a dangerous powerful animal and let your guard down. The reporter has never seen the wild animals here before, has no reason to trust them, the animal is more unpredictable because they’re nervous. So I think the reporter is a little more brave in this situation.
L S I was thinking in the same lines as you. I’ve read some wild animals have turned on their owners and maimed them pretty bad or even killed them. Beautiful animals but I rather watch them in their habitat from far away. I am not a zoo person as it’s sad to see huge animals in a small space.
Totally agree. Seeing them captured just makes it so sad to watch them roam back and forth they seem stressed. Not sure if you ever watched the “60 minutes” special about the woman who had a chimp in Connecticut will shock you what a “trusted” pet can do to its owner. Its shocking what the chimp did to her but she lived, barely.
To the women who raised that hippo: You dont have a psycholgical problem. Its nothing wrong to love this hippo like it is your child. It is beautiful! The fact that this hippo still lives with other wild hippos, but always will return to its home and parents is amazing.
Aristotiles von Tight , I believe is the power of love in our soul that being honest and respect over time. It’s almost like putting this realistic world behind and just show love, u will be amaze what you can achieve
@@SovereignStatesman well I guess that makes it even more amazing. Hippos are one of the or the most dangerous animals to humans. There will always be a threat interacting with a wild animal like that. You have to know what you are doing. I assume the women does as she lives right next to hippos. But even you have to admit that they share a special relationship. I saw ducks raised by a cat. Her natural hunter instincts never kicked in as she just gave birth to kittens right before discovering them. They saw each other as kin and I am sure the hippo feels the same about that lady. So I think the chance for the hippo to suddenly forget that and become for no reason aggresive towards her caregiver is very low here. But yeah, a threat is there. And objectively seen its more badass to hang around with hippos than with lions ;)
@@helliagaming6255 I can see how that might be confusing. Bears are in the family Ursidae. Their order is Carnivora, which includes wolves, dogs, cats, even pandas which are herbivores. Their suborder is Caniformia which is also called Canoidea (literally means "dog-like"). Members of this suborder typically have nonretractile claws and a long snout, giving them a somewhat "dog like" appearance. Other members of this suborder include racoons, skunks, badgers, weasels, otters, seals, sea lions, walruses, etc. While this diverse group of wildlife shares the same suborder as canines, they are not all in the Canidae Family. However, your comment shows that you have likely studied bears. That's awesome! The classic categories of taxonomy are: Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species. In zoology, these categories have been expanded with further taxa. If we take the classic taxonomical terms and add in taxonomy used by zoologists we wind up with something like the following long, somewhat confusing system: Kingdom, Subkingdom, Infrakingdom, Phylum, Subphylum, Infraphylum, Superclass, Class, Infraclass, Order, Suborder, Infraorder, Superfamily, Family, Subfamily, Tribe, Subtribe, Genus, Subgenus, Species, Subspecies. To add confusion, there is no real barrier to zoologists adding new taxa into the system, as long as they are at or above the Family level and meet requirements for publication. So, in truth, zoologists can use a near infinite group of taxa to name a new species, I've just mentioned the most commonly used. In addition, botanists have their own system of classification as well. And some people in the scientific community wonder why science isn't believed to be more accessible. lol A Polar Bear's taxonomy is as follows: Kingdom: Animalia, Subkingdom: Bilateria, Infrakingdom: Dueterostomia, Phylum: Chordata, Subphylum: Vertebrata, Infraphylum: Gnathostomata, Superclass: Tetrapoda, Class: Mammalia, Subclass: Theria, Infraclass: Eutheria Order: Carnivora, Suborder: Caniformia, Family: Ursidae, Genus & species: Ursus maritimus Thank you so much for coming to my TEDtalk. I didn't expect it to be this long. -Signed, A Soon to Be Graduate Student With Far to Much Time On Her Hands
I just watched this today and can’t get enough of this documentary!!! Thank you for your hard work Liz and team! Hats off to the human behind this powerful lens! This is indeed an eye opener…❤❤❤
Reading the comments, it’s very interesting and heartwarming how each of us gets touched by the connection from the different human/animal relationships. To me the dolphins made my eyes sparkle, something about them working to help not only one but the whole fisherman community is just so wholesome, such intelligent and beautiful creatures! I’ve got nothing but respect for the dolphins and the fishermen.
You should look up dolphin birthing that yard to take place in Russia. Where women would give birth with dolphins. They stopped it and makes you wonder why. It's pretty amazing
I helped fix a baby hawks broken wing and it has visited me every morning since to watch me as I have my coffee or tea on the balcony I leave seeds out and stuff like that in case it wants some it's now a beautiful full grown and we are absolutely best pals :3
I fixed a baby sea turtles shell after I ran it over in my truck . He always swims near my hut and on hot days I ride around the ocean on his back punching seagulls that get to close trying to steal his food . And we have sex in his tail hole
I especially admire how courageous Liz was through this amazing documentary. I am quite sure my heart would've stopped a few times. The bonds were so touching to watch, there's really so much about nature we are yet to fully understand. As for Kevin Richardson I think his understanding of animal is incredibly fascinating, one that's proven to be rather accurate and sure deserves a close study for future generations
I noticed how she said she had never been so close to MALE lions. I know what she means. I've been around lionesses and they are so loving and friendly like housecats but even more so. Even on my first day working there having never seen me they were begging for affection.
Funny I thought everything about this was awesome -- except the clueless narrator who seemed to have zero understanding of animal (and human) behavior and cognition. I can't believe she calls herself a "wildlife biologist" while making some of these ignorant comments!
That guy with the hyenas... wow! He really seems to know what he's doing. They're all incredible stories, but that one is quite amazing. Not only does he have the respect of just one animal, but a whole pack 😮
Im not 100% sure but I think he is the lion whisperer. He has a family of multiple groups of lions some panthers and hyenas... idk if their are more. But he plays with all of them!
I think man's ignorance is the only thing that's prevented this from happening sooner it's not that remarkable we could have had these relationships all along I know I have with all kinds of wild animals and domestic ones you just have to bond with the animal understand this is what the Garden of Eden was
35:04 That buffalo giving that lady a warning about extending her arms into his territory was amazing. She was doing that earlier too, he noticed it, came over to address it, she withdrew and he left her alone. The next time however he felt he had to deliver a stronger message.
Yes she annoyed me when she was with the buffalo because she kept put her arms through the fence while talking and acting ditzy! And then giggling about it.
Its odd tat his urge to defend the herd was triggered that easily. I thought my sister's Rottweiler was overprotective. But this buffalo takes it to another level.
@@absolutezero6423 One of the best things about that segment (and the lions before) was the human understanding the need to be dominate. Both that lady in South Africa and the cowboy were aware of the dangers and were aware of the need to stay on their game, in their interviews.
I like the way Mark does not anthropomorphize Aggie's relationship with him. He is a humble man in his relationship with other creatures....a caretaker.
I think mostly he's just a professional who worked with animals (in cinema) for all his life, and knows damn well they're NOT "just like human". He respects the difference, and uses it, and will not fall into "what a cuty" where this could lead to his (or others) untimely death.
@@MottiShneor I respect and agree with your comment mostly, however I do think it’s appropriate to call it a „cutie“, because come on, if you love animals you respect their beauty automatically and find it cute if you see it licking you. Seeing such a big and extremely powerful Predator lick someone just triggers an inner urge to think of it as a cutie. But I get your point and agree with it, he’s obviously got a very professional background in raising different animals and he also obviously keeps in mind that it’s a wild animal at heart, but I do think after 18 years of bonding he‘s more laid back about it than when they were both younger.
@@Avyrr OK OK.... she's cute. But still damn dangerous, even to who she loves. You see, if she gives a real friendly playful bite, or hugs just a little too lovingly, or do some playful cub "struggle simulation" he'll be crashed and dead in seconds. The difference in sizes I too big and her "built-in-equipment" was carefully developed for killing prey -- not to maintain relations with a human. I mean --- YOU on the other side of the screen and video could definitely say "oh, what a cute thing", because you're in no danger. However, this guy's wife, other visitors, and he himself... are in constant danger. again --- NOT because she ever wants to harm them - but because her natural behavior may be fatal to humans.
I agree. Animals do not feel human emotions , i.e . love, joy, peace, kindness, goodness, faith, mildness, patience, self-control, they simply reflect what their owners feel (their Creator).
Dad : What? No! we are not getting a polar bear! I don't want it in this house! Family : finds polar bear and decides to keep it Dad and the polar bear :
You can just imagine the older dolphins teaching the youngsters. So, we've manged to train this group of humans to force the fish to swim towards us. We have of course known for a long time that humans are quite intelligent but it's surprising how easy they are to train.
Could we just take a second and appreciate how great of a job the lady presenter has done, awesome conversation and articulate discussion with so much content in so little time.
Kevin Richardson is one of the most incredible humans ever. His ability to understand and form bonds with wild animals is truly unmatched. He has close bonds with lions, hyenas, leopards, and cheetahs.
Big cats are pretty easy to bond to from kittens. His relationship with hyenas is pretty impressive. Cats are cats, no matter how big or small and they slut out for attention and love.
That said, you see a hyena with catnip and a lot of that fear will go away. Not the respect, but the fear. They react about the same as your average house cat.
honestly the story w most of these is just being their first and only sense of a mother/someone to imprint on. like it's pretty clear why predators/not friendly animals would be less likely to attack you if youve been their caregiver and acted as their mom since birth. i haven't even gotten to the goose part yet but I think a lot of people who have close relationships w geese or birds have jus raised them since they were young. when I got my first chicken it was a few weeks old and within two days of holding her and taking care of her she would scream the second I was out of sight

Wow. Seeing the Buffalo become so gentle in his human's house got me misty-eyed. Us humans are as much animals as they are; there are more similarities between us than differences. Respecting and navigating those differences, and truly learning an animal's unique language instead of anthropomorphizing them can open up some amazing doors in terms of friendship. Love to all my fellow Earthlings. 💙💚
I had a relationship/friendship with a bison/buffalo when I was a girl. We had a little zoo - I went there everyday to see her. She was alone and would run to me; she was lonely. I talked to her and brought her branches that had blown off the trees - she liked Maple leaves, naturally. She would roll her beautiful eyes and her big blue tongue would wrap around the leaves.
This lady is an amazing documentarian she kept me so interested the whole time and she’s so brave while also having respect for the animals. Good job 👏
the goose probably did a lot for Dominic in terms of helping him relax, lower his blood pressure and overall probably will help him (Dominic) live longer.
I’m reminded of this one village I heard about. A wild hyena pack would come through often and were actually well behaved around the townspeople here, basically acting like a domestic dog and friendly and coming for pets and food. Soon as they leave the village (they were free roaming) they would act like hyenas again. To me this seems to show that they are not only smart, but can bond with humans nearly as well as domestic dogs. They have different needs, of course, that mean they are definitely wild and can’t be domestic and shouldn’t be forced to be, but in short periods, and at their own leisure, they can be. Anyway, the hyena part reminded me of that story.
I mean they are connected by genes anyways, both of em are canines and remember domesticated dog came from a wild wolf ancestor that then branced to moderns dogs and wild wolves
Best program i have seen in a while. Eye opening , amazing and heartwarming to see the true love between these majestic animals and their human parents
When i was homeless there was a coyote that every morning just would appear sitting next to me. Never seen him coming but would just all of a sudden he would sit by me and watch me, only stayed about 10 to15 min. Then would take off. I miss seeing him everyday
The Coyote was checking in on you to make sure you were ok. Very beautiful and I am sure that the Coyote misses you. Animals can fall in love with people. It is a proven fact!
This man truly embodies everything about service. Through serving all of these beautiful animals, he gains joy. "Man, is that he might have joy"! Thank you for all you do.
What a great documentary, the buffalo one got me in the heart, they seem like soulmates...like best friends, its just in another level of love and care.
i would kill and dress it. tan the hide and make a coat. use some sinew to rebind my arrows. set up my teepee in the living room. take the family hostage. clean and repair my belongings...making sure to use all parts of the buffalo, expressing gratitude to the beast that gave its life for my survival. seek out and steal the owner’s valuables (again express gratitude to the family that is tied up in the basement). pack up and prepare to leave. get shot by the cops as i exit the house, because someone in the family had a second cellphone on them that i didnt find when i tied them up. determine that the initial shot is a flesh would and start to run. run through the neighbors yard only to find that they reared lions. the lions smell my blood 🩸 and attack. i lose a leg (the one that wasn’t shot) before being rescued. i am arrested and after a difficult recovery that included a bout with COVID-19 i am charged with several crimes and i go to prison. i am typing this reply after getting the cell phone out of my cellies butt and charging it. all this because i chose to fake rob someone who lives with a 🐃
You (and your camera team) are incredible people who bring positive information about animals to the world. YOUR INTERESTING, EDUCATIONAL VIDEOS MAKE LEARNING FUN - Thank you for proving that a little kindness and "a lot of respect" towards wildlife goes a long way.
Well, maybe. The thing is, it seems that most other animals are not quite as curious as human beings. We have this weird fascination with needing to know how something works, why it works, and how this behavior can be broken or circumvented. Not many other animals share this characteristic.
It really isnt that rare especially when they raise it from youth. Warthog has a close bond with wessels to get a full body spa free of tics and parasites, theres also a bird that leads another species to honeycombs and then the bird is left some of the honey. There are many more bonds of different species. It has alot to do with food.
@@stefanm.734 You haven't spent enough time patiently watching animals. I've seen some interesting things just sitting on my porch. Spiny lizards snuggling and putting arms around each other, a sparrow repeatedly breaking up a fight between two doves, a young woodpecker who lost it's tail and couldn't fly studying the behavior of the thrashers and successfully learning their food gathering method, and thus survived and grew it's tail feathers back and flew away. In Hawaii I was followed by a puffer fish for 15 minutes around a reef, for no other reason than curiosity that I could tell, in the desert I sat down near a desert tortoise and after it realized I wasn't a threat came up to me and put it's front legs on my leg and was looking intently at me. This is a small sample of the things I have witnessed by spending a lot of time in nature. I would say that humans are dull and lacking in curiosity compared to many animals.
I'm very close friends with a bobcat that I named Cici. I rescued her when she was a kitten and waited til she got older so that I could release her to the mountains. I took her to the vet, feed her food. Played with her. Also my Cat tiger played a role in raising her. Cici saw my cat as a mother figure since her mom abandoned her. Once Cici was old enough I released her in the mountains that is not far from where I live. She still visits me from time to time:) yes it's possible to be friends with a wildcat
The hippopotamus part scared me I remember a story of a man that raised a baby hippo then released it, came back some odd years later and the hippo dragged him into the river and drowned him
I think what is most important is to have mature attitude and some knowledge about the animal. That doesn't mean young adults wouldn't be able to achieve this however. If enough dedication is present to have a mature attitude in the way to approach them and do their homework about the animal in particular, younger adults could also form bonds with wild animals. But they are wild animals, so you can't just expect any random person to have such positive results with bonding. I believe it really requires someone who is down to earth and knows exactly what he is doing. Animal instincts in general have a very strong sense if someone is feeling like they are in control of a given situation, or just messing around and pretending to be in control when they are not. One thing all these people in the video have in common is a strong self confidence in their relation with the animal, rather then just playing around and doing an "experiment".
@Shane888 Davies I would never let you into a cage with wild animals... If you can not even acknowledge the issue of a language barrier with your fellow humans, it would be a death sentence for you ;)
You will get older so get an exotic pet to love and they do I hand reared a scottish feral from 4wks with his mother who just let her kittens die ♥ he was my soulmate ♥ but a little controlling and little snappy
If I acted unpredictable and bit someone's leg it's jail and a restraining order. A lion does it and gets snuggles from a beautiful woman. Well played, lion.
If someone gets attacked, then a passerby or said victim can call animal control and they will go kill it. Or if a gun is ready then it'll get shot dead.
I just watched a guy who hangs out with a 20foot croc that he rescued when it got injured. What's amazing about it is that the croc was already full grown and the only bond between them is the time that he took care of it when it needed help and they became the best of friends.
If it's the one I remember, the croc actually died sometime after the story was run. But, sad as that was, it's incredible when you realize that it never attacked or killed the guy. There was no tragic attack, drowning. etc. at the end of that story.
The hyenas still seem pretty scary. The other people were like "oh this animal trusts me" and the hyena guy is like "yeah, you have to stay alert always. They'll try to establish dominance and attack you in a group of you slip up" 😅
A random raccoon broke into my shop just over a year ago. I am positive she had a bad experience with a large cyote pack that night because I had heard the largest cyote celebration ever. Molly as we named her, immediately fell in love with my girlfriend, my cat and mostly with me. We all shared so much love that it felt like a lifetime. At 6 weeks Molly went to a refuge where she still lives with her new family. She is now a momma
I take care of the raccoons that live in my neighborhood because We call ourselves human beings and all we have done is destroy every single natural habitat that these poor animals have ever known and then we have the audacity to call them pests and put out poison to kill them? I will ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY NOT anywhere near me Will this ever happen to any animal and that includes my raccoons who just instinctively No that they can come to me as they do every Spring and the females come right on up to the porch to the Fighting glass door very early in the season call me usually the beginning of March. They are usually now the full grown babies that I raised the previous year. When I say raised I mean that their mom's bring them to me on their first forage out because They instinctively know when hulinks have ill intentions and they also know when they are completely safe. Being an empath I give off a certain aura or energy that other humans respond to and feel and this is my purpose here. Strangers I have never met before and will never see again comment will stop me or I will know, intuitively, by certain physical feelings that come on within my body that are generally the feelings of another person and I am especially attuned to grief, And when I feel that I will go out of my way to Identify where that energy is coming from and because of the nature of my personality and that is that I am a chameleon that Knows that I need to meet each and every person that I come in contact with for this purpose at their level. I have been $2000 a plate dinners in a $5000 rented dress with CEOs of companies that I Hired to start up and the next day I will be unshowered, Dressed in sweatpants a ponytail no make up and be helping A personOn methadone mile. I judge no one because I am far from perfect. I know when people's intentions are good and I also knowImmediately, Instinctively andSometimes in greater detail than I wish I were able to pick up. Animals are very much like this as well and they can immediately sense danger and ill intention and they also can tell when they can attempt to trust a human. My life is so much better and richer And beautiful because of the animals. I am what is known as a physical impact so I take on the emotions and the physical Paying they have in their bodies and a lot of that is actually emotional trauma that I am feeling but it takes the place inside me as the feeling of what a heart attack would feel like I would imagine, comma knots in my chest stomach and throat and this all has to do with what they carry that I am able to sense and feel. I was built the way that I am Because that's my purpose here this time around. But you can't go around absorbing others energy constantly constantly and not being able to differentiate you're old and not knowing how to cleanse your energy and your spirit especially When an interaction with a human is particularly emotional, it's mine always are call my witch will leave me emotionally exhausted but always it's worth. And then I come home To my indoor animals and They're unconditional love brings me peace and allows me To transmit that negative energy into something that Is at least neutral, if it can't be turn positive and release it. The wild animals that I care for have a neither stronger healing effect on me because I am so aware of how lucky I am to be able to communicate with them without words and the day definitely respond and that they communicate with me without words and they know that Understand them, I love them and I will help them, I will take care of them, I love them and I will protect them. In return, they heal me and they have Also warned me of dangers around my property that I was unaware of in the forms of other larger animals who might not have been as receptive to me as the smaller ones are, and they Will if necessary, do what they must if they feel I need to be protected. Generally I don't because even the wild ones that others don't get near, The coyotes, and such Are come with me. Now I want to go walk amongst the lions and the big cats in Africa and unless they are extremely hungry that day and haven't been fed for a while I am absolutely sure That I could walk amongst them unharmed as long as I respect their boundaries and only attempt to Communicate directly with them if they come to me. There's a reason you're signed a death waiver when you go on a trip like this and if this is how I die, at least it will be doing something I love and I just pray That if that be it for me that They go for the jugular, make it quick and have a good meal out of me! ❤

@@BibhuParida_Geology sure, big thanks, he did. He is the best Daddy 😇

I'm fascinated by these relationships. And Liz Bonnin did such a great job with these interviews. She brings a lot of comfort and realness out.
I don't know who is braver, the reporter who has probably never been so close to these majestic animals or the owners who live with them.
emma M
I work with a black bear regularly, go in the cage with him, play with him, and I would say the reporter is more brave.
Or the camera man
I don't consider it brave to take unnecessary risks. Just stupid.
No more than the fact that it can suddenly turn and kill the human that raised it.
Tom Evans , you see that kind of thinking can’t be apply I think the animal ca feel it . Trust is a big role to play
Right the hippo is definitely the best relationship here.
The dog lying comfortably on the hippo is just too funny haha so adorbs 😍

I already thought bears were neat as hell but you're telling me they purr too?
purr, wag tail, Love belly rubs theyre like a mox of cat and dogs yet scientifically in the Canine family
And some people in the scientific community wonder why science isn't believed to be more accessible. lol
A Polar Bear's taxonomy is as follows: Kingdom: Animalia, Subkingdom: Bilateria, Infrakingdom: Dueterostomia, Phylum: Chordata, Subphylum: Vertebrata, Infraphylum: Gnathostomata, Superclass: Tetrapoda, Class: Mammalia, Subclass: Theria, Infraclass: Eutheria Order: Carnivora, Suborder: Caniformia, Family: Ursidae, Genus & species: Ursus maritimus

But I get your point and agree with it, he’s obviously got a very professional background in raising different animals and he also obviously keeps in mind that it’s a wild animal at heart, but I do think after 18 years of bonding he‘s more laid back about it than when they were both younger.

The difference in sizes I too big and her "built-in-equipment" was carefully developed for killing prey -- not to maintain relations with a human.
These were all such sweet stories. I hope nothing but joy for all of them.

You can just imagine the older dolphins teaching the youngsters. So, we've manged to train this group of humans to force the fish to swim towards us. We have of course known for a long time that humans are quite intelligent but it's surprising how easy they are to train.

honestly the story w most of these is just being their first and only sense of a mother/someone to imprint on. like it's pretty clear why predators/not friendly animals would be less likely to attack you if youve been their caregiver and acted as their mom since birth. i haven't even gotten to the goose part yet but I think a lot of people who have close relationships w geese or birds have jus raised them since they were young. when I got my first chicken it was a few weeks old and within two days of holding her and taking care of her she would scream the second I was out of sight

Amazing how strong their tongues are. They are beautiful creatures

The buffalo
Especially with the hyenas

Thank you for proving that a little kindness and "a lot of respect" towards wildlife goes a long way.
The reason why animals befriend humans is simple: they find another social creature and is fascinated with us as we are with them.
Actually its because humans make their lives easier... they feed them
Well, maybe.

Once Cici was old enough I released her in the mountains that is not far from where I live. She still visits me from time to time:) yes it's possible to be friends with a wildcat

I just love how its mostly older people with the biggest hearts and the strongest bonds!

If it's the one I remember, the croc actually died sometime after the story was run. But, sad as that was, it's incredible when you realize that it never attacked or killed the guy. There was no tragic attack, drowning. etc. at the end of that story.

Good luck with that
I take care of the raccoons that live in my neighborhood because We call ourselves human beings and all we have done is destroy every single natural habitat that these poor animals have ever known and then we have the audacity to call them pests and put out poison to kill them? ❤
