Kevin Durand has been a really underused talent in Hollywood. Hyped to see him have a main villain role .
The man's a phenomenal character actor. He disappears into every character he plays.

He was a really good, despicable villain on Lost. Compared to Keame, Smoky was a saint.

Freya Allan is a cool actress and Kevin Durand really enjoys his character.

i swear Freya brings that witcher energy to this flim "i am may" 😁🤟 and like kevin plays great bad guys im glad he is on this project, "what wonderful day!" 👍 and i dont know much of owen but the guys already making an impression 👍👍 he pretty much captured the essence of caesar "apes together strong!" kid has done the homework 😉
She is quite pretty but she looks so much older than her age, I still can't believe she is only 22! Like no way, she can pass for 28!

I have a feeling Noa is a descendant of Caesar and the reason Proximus had his village destroyed was to kill him because if he is Caesar's lineage, he has legitimate claim to the ape throne. But that's just my theory, that's the vibe I got from the final trailer.
I never thought of that I just assumed that they wanted more apes to grow the kingdom for more ape power to open the door. Also to kill off the older apes since they might not be so useful + get rid of any trace of their culture

이 영화도 누가봐도 듄처럼 시리즈로 만들려고 한 느낌이지? 누가봐도 1편에서 끝나는 영화가 아니라, 그러지 않아? 사람들 이거 1편 끝나고 끝날 영화로 보이나? 이 영화는 진짜 오래오래 만드는거같아. 수십년동안 계속 만드는 이런 영화가 있을까?수십년뒤에도 계속 만들고 있을까?
I hope this tells a story that can stand alone but has strong world-building that will result in sequels being told with these characters during this time period in the Planet of the Apes cinematic universe. I can already tell my favorite will be the orangutan, Raka. Need more of that guy.

It's a 2 and a half hour movie, all together the trailers probably add up to 7 minutes, a lot of the trailers reuse the same footage

@@paramidea6812certain plot points and surprises are usually given away in trailers so it feels like the whole movie was given out, even after seeing the film. To me at least
They recycle the same scenes in the trailer barely anything was shown.

I would really like to see a film made with the tools of classic storytelling. I mean, it's not about liters of blood splashing or flying guts, but it's so exciting that it has a unique atmosphere, makes you think, captures your imagination and doesn't let go. I hope it will be like this...

This out of realism, such a tiny weak woman doesn't have the capacity to survive that long and build anything in real life. Bring some strong heavyweight woman like Sigourney Weaver. A real Alpha strong independent woman!

@@Applessphile well, it's people dumb tastes in these type of movies that they keep on being made. If no one watches them they will stop making trash movies. Or stop making sequels and reboots and remakes blah blah blah. When a year has 10 good movies, there is only 1 or 2 good movies now per year
