    This is top advice, thanks.
    Btw, you can easily hide scratch marks on your furniture that the puppy makes by leaving a car in your living room.

    Used it for the first time last weekend definitely worth buying if you're a person who likes detailing your own car recommend first time to use on lowest setting 800 so you don't burn paint don't leave in one spot keep moving it over paint easy to use ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxfzbDkCRyv3CFXnLZI4APZtRRuG2uRmP2 truck looks like new again used maguires black light battery life like all milwaukee products seem to hold up well 😀

    I'm a single mom, and recently inherited my dads 1997 Chevy Z71 when he passed away. It's actually in pretty good shape, other than oxidation and pollen from sitting uncovered in the elements. I'm trying to restore and detail inside and out as much as I can on a budget. I've watched tons of videos, and yours by far is one of the most informative I've seen. I look forward to seeing more. Thank you.

    Getting that free puppy and tossing it in the deal is a great idea, I can’t believe I never thought of that before. That probably would have gotten me out of lowering the price on the last car I sold due to the tires being in need of replacement.
    My question is, would a kitten work just as well? They can be obtained for free from the pound also. Wasn’t sure if you had any experience exploring that as an alternate option. Like say if all the dogs were ugly or missing a leg or something.
    Your videos are all fantastic by the way, thanks for making them. I’m learning a lot of excellent information!

    Couple things in this video where incorrect first thing is you dry sanded the scratch, which is not good you should always wet sand so that dead paint doesn't get caught in the sanded areas always keep the area wet and wipe away your area every so often. Second we don't tape off areas to protect them from burning thro the edges, we do it because getting any type of compound,polish, or wax in the seems is a pain in the ass to remove. Haven't you ever when to detail someone's car and noticed crusty old wax or polish in the gaps of panels, well that's what tapping off a vehicle before Detailing prevents.

    • @shelleygold4923
      @shelleygold4923 6 років тому

      Aaron right ...auto parts stores have a sanding pad with a sponge on the back...its super fine too. use this wet, follow with rubbing compound then polishing compound. Gets the haze out!

    • @tousshong9438
      @tousshong9438 6 років тому +6

Before this i tried sand paper to remove water mark on paint and polish it with compound.. It does really work.. But trying on without sanding don't work.. I used just soft polish sponge.. Or do i need rougher clothe?
