Is this dwelling founded by edge concrete piles near the slope? also the dwelling is likely serviced by roof water tank. how about sewage water? onsite wastewater treatment system with land application or direct discharge to council ww network? Thank you.

How do you heat this kind of homes? What are the yearly costs?
What kind of stupid question is this, you do realize there’s too many variables for anyone to answer truthfully…..smh
Ok, then I'll ask a more precise question as it seems you didn't get the context. How many kWh you need to heat this house per year? All house projects in EU have this info in the construction project and/or in the energy certificate of the home. Then you just multiply the value by the unit cost of heat source and you will get the answer.
