@@St.FighterZ Warm up before a workout is good to improve blood flow, but actual stretches is not. You may not be stretching far enough to increase flexibility (which can be fine, for many people just not losing flexibility is all they need if they are already flexible) Muscles tighten as a response to misalignment or stress to protect the body. Stretching is deliberately focusing that stress to muscles in order to improve flexibility by encouraging the muscle to grow and lengthen to adapt to a commonly encountered stress. in 3 months people be telling James they regret not getting armor when it was readily available
@@anarchyorslavery1616 i hope your joking, or at best its a poorly written idea.... just imagine how everyone will read your comment ....shooting someone over few hundred dollars worth of gear because you refuse acquire it legally... it sounds psychopathic.
@@mfattomica3196 Not to mention, if it was that easy to just kill someone for gear, you might as well also wish to not get shot in the first place and to smite thine enemies with your steely gaze.
This is getting into one of those "my dad can beat your dad" kind of conversations.
random vids channel so your plan is to shoot at the armor that you’re going to wear? Lmfao logic 0/10
I'm a BIG OL BOY and I have the Testudo. It's a great choice
I just got my plate carrier and plates 2 days ago. I went with ceramic plates but AR500 makes good stuff.
Just received my AR500 Testudo with Level III+ plates a couple weeks ago. Have only been wearing it around the house so far but have to give props to AR500, seems to be a quality built product. Wore armor in the military, I don't live in a democratic ran area but current times made me decide "F*** the chest rig"
You were right about ammo. You are right about armor.
I bought my armor from AR500. They are easy to do business with. Great customer service.
I've had the Invictus for a couple years now, I I like it. For PT and training, it's held up well.
I got a Veritas armor rig from AR500 and a rimelig armored backpack as well that doubles as a lunch bag that I take to work every day and it doesn’t look any different or have any markings that indicate that it has body armor sewn in it. Very high quality stuff!
I bought 2, one for means one for my wife. Love it!
I ordered mine back in the spring. I got it in about six weeks. If wait times are still similar, do the math ... ORDER IT RIGHT NOW!
Great point, I have med kits, but I should probably get some more to have in strategic locations. I also bought another fire extinguisher (yep one of the ones you recommend) a couple of months ago, but might get another. I have to work tonight so have a great time on the live stream people!
"Fight the Boondoggle" LOL. That was awesome. You sir are both infinitely knowledgeable and endlessly entertaining. Thank you
AR500 really are great people. I have a set of black Tetseudo for a fraction of the price most places sell level 3 armor for. I am on the smaller side myself, and the Tetseudo is not unmanageable for me.
bought a plate carrier and level 3 plates a few weeks ago. i didnt get the exact plates and carrier i wanted but the ones i wanted were either out of stock or had a 14-20 week shipping wait. something is better than nothing!
Thanks James.
Just got the testudo for myself and the veritas for my wife. Great quality. Just waiting on SOE to ship out some rallyman pouches and its off to the races.
bought mine 5 weeks ago, they said it was 8 week lead time. Got a tracking number yesterday. Glad it's going to be here before November
My fat ass got winded just standing up from the chair with my plates on.
What do you think of the Spartan armor set up? I’ve got the Leonidas Legend plate carrier with AR550 steel plates with the full coat of frag mitigation. I’ve been watching you for years James!! When I was in my EARLY 20’s I started on my prepping, and gun loving journey with you as my coach! Also, I carry a Glock 19 every day. As per your recommendation. You’re great James! Truly. I hope you respond to my comment as well?!
loved seeing you in Daylights End. Wish Johnny Strong made a sequel.
I think we all wanna see a breakdown of that carrier setup. You managed to fit a surprisingly large amount of stuff on that carrier.
I mention the video to watch about that setup in this video.
I bought my AR500 level III+ plates back in December!!
I love my 500 armor for mine a few years back from them. I have the Banshee armor they no longer make.AR500 armor is the best!!
I have the veritas n I'm 5'5" n 145 lbs n it's perfect. I love it!! Bought my wife the freeman but it hasn't got here yet
Very true !!!! Get your Armor while you still can!
This is the one thing I really do need. Thanks for making my dumbass realize this. Great vid. Lookin forward to coming to some classes!
Thanks for sharing. Just placed an order for the Testudo...
What do guys do that are wide like football players are wrestlers ir big guy (( you guys can't tell me that my vitals are in the same areas and little guy) I just don't feel right with one of those little tiny plates
Where do you get long tall and wide body armor
I have issued soft Armor for my place of Employment, I also have plates, nothing fancy, a front n back plate, a Condor carrier a few mags n a first aid kit, I can carry it at my place of Employment because I'm trained to carry a Patrol Rifle. Plates and all the Goodies we like to add will get heavy very quickly I even go to the gym 5 days a week.
I wore it for over a year in Iraq.
Thanks James for your insight and time
Amen to that James. My daughter and I are ok but I’m going to the site for a set now 🤙
Thanks James... armor time.
Just bought a new set of AR500 3+ armor. Waiting on them to come in.
Slowly awaking a sleeping dragon 🐉
I love the rats on the right shoulder pad
I like Jeeps, I like armor and I like not being shot. Seems like a win, win, win.
Listen to James :D
Thanks James! Sharing this on my FB page now.
Awesome, thank you!
Thanks for the video James. I just purchased this rig, like it a lot so far. Put a couple of 11x14 Polyurethane plates in it. My young kids can easily move and jump up and down wearing them. Now I just need training and to get in shape!
Good vid. Shout out to AR500🇺🇸🦅
Appreciate you also my friend 🤙🏼 thank you for your time and help
I live in a small town right at the edge of city limits. So far nothing has happened here. Rural areas and small towns seem to be immune to all the bs going on right now. That being said I am still considering buying a plate carrier and mag pouches to be prepared. I am sure most of this mess will be isolated to the major cities if it continues.
Pretty much because those areas have LE that don't suffer fools well. A protester in our area got hit by a car and the sheriff straight up said "play stupid games, win stupid prizes". The next day after his statement, all the protesters left. lol
I have the AR500 Testudo with Catiarmor plates
I bought plates from AR500 last summer when they did a BOGO deal. I could use an upgraded plate carrier though!
We share a similar philosophy. I, too, prefer not being shot... lol
Should get some medical training too. Maybe become at least an EMT or paramedic.
If you look at all the tacticool channels I would’ve sworn I was the only one still running AR 500 steel lol. Not to mention 3 double mag pouches in the front. Great advice though sir
Its 3 triple mag pouches.
