Thanks for sharing! This is a reminder for me. I have 2 in my 150g on an inkbird, I set them to 83-ish degrees and tossed them in 8 months ago... I really need to pull them out and "tune" them. I'm going to put them in a bucket, get them to 80 stable (one at a time) then plop them back in.
Hey man, great vid & pointers! I'm sure you've been asked this before but my 55 is constantly a hair algae issue even though parameters seem fine. Any tips? Thanks!
Great question! Depending on how many watts the heaters are, you may notice that a single heater is struggling to keep the tank the correct temp. Or, you may find that the temp climbs a lot slower than normal.

It was a wake up call to me! Hopefully it helps you avoid what I went through. Thanks for watching!

It could be a number of things from parameters to water to lights. Email me so I can see if there is a glaring issue. Tjsreef@gmail.com
I have the Apex, the Inkbird and one BRS titanium for my reef tank. I am going to go to2 heaters but how would you know if one of the heaters fail?

I would have been so sad, for you.
