There's nothing worse than a phobia, a fear that controls your life to the point where you aren't able to experience new things or even enjoy yourself. The fact that these guys got to that theme park let alone on that roller coaster without giving in to that inner voice telling them not to, goes to show how willing they are to overcome their fears.
I was extremely nervous going on a rollercoaster and at the end I wanted to immediately do it again, it's all irrational which is good, rollercoasters are meant to be and should be safe.
I don't fear the roller coaster itself but the stomach drop feeling... It feels like it twists my intestines and hurts.. That why i'm afraid to go on roller coasters..
Lmao I was waiting in line and there was this little girl next to me who looked about 6. She was like, "ooh mom! Look at how tall it is! I'm so excited!" And I nearly passed out in the line. When it was my turn to get on, I started crying like a baby and I think I even started panicking. I couldn't hear anything other than the rollercoaster and my crying and I eventually bailed out. I got over my fear of rollercoasters at 16. my method was realizing how expensive a trip to disney and universal was and how I damn sure wasn’t about to waste my parents money sitting down doing nothing.
I cried when the girl in the teal sweater overcame her fear. I'm just like her when it comes to roller coasters and I've been on them a handful of times. But it's been such a long time since I last went on one that the phobia returned.
Same, I'm only scared of that feeling, so I've thrown myself on roller coasters just because and I still hated it, I'd rather not feel uncomfortable and adrenaline rushed.
I do have a fear of rollercoasters (mainly the drop) as my body seems to traumatized by how fast I’m going down that I feel unsafe and uncomfortable. If the drop wasn’t so high and fast, I wouldn’t mind rollercoasters, but that’s pretty much the main reason I absolutely hate going on them. I’m not necessarily afraid of heights (for example, I love water slides, no matter how high they are. At first I used to hate them because they gave me the same feeling as a rollercoasters, but for some reason, I find water slides more entertaining that I don’t mind them being hundreds of feet of the ground. It’s a whole new experience. Most people say that people get coasterphobia because they have acrophobia but that’s not the case for me. I don’t mind heights (as long as I’m not on the tip of a cliff) Other then that, I do have severe arachnophobia and that last clip where they RANDOMLY PUT A TARANTULA MOVING AND TAKING UP THE SCREEN MADE ME HELLA PARANOID. My body began to shake within a second of me seeing it :-:
Oh my god, I need a teacher like this. I LOVE roller coasters. The higher, faster, more intense, the BETTER. Plus, FREE ADMISSION for these students! What could be better?
Idk I thought that too, but when I first rode one my friends threw me on goliath at magic mountain to get the biggest drop out of the way first and it was a blast. Terrifying to go down the first hill because its massive but it was the best way to go about it I think.
I remember going here all the time with my family as a kid and being so scared and not having fun. I hated being there but after seeing this i would love to try to face my fears
That's how I used to be but something I realized was how I was always putting my self in the middle where it's the strongest. That's when I started riding more in the front or towards the front. I think you get more speed than a drop feeling in your stomach
The last roller coaster related accident was an old roller coaster which was a few months ago. One of the last fatal roller coaster accidents was in like 2013
I actually used the breathing patterns he suggested to the students before I went to six flags, it was so bad that I cried when I went on radiator springs racers at Disneyland, so when I went, it was a school trip we were in the bus and I started breathing really hard and I felt numb and I was shaking. But after realizing my situation I realized people do this for fun so I decided I need to relax and try it, so I did and I actually loved it! The thing was the drops that hurt my stomach, and although I felt the drops and hated the feeling I actually liked it right after I got off it’s a fun thrill so I’m definitely proud of them! I also recommend it!
I've had the fear of falling out, I actually watched POV's to calm myself and learn the mechanics of the rides in order to conquer my fear. My first ride was Gatekeeper and it's really amazing to just get off that coaster knowing you conquered your fear.
I don't see fearing rollercoasters as a problem. But everybody makes it a huge problem and people like me have shame to admit they hate rollercoasters. My school holds field trips to six flags and Knott's, and I'm going in May but I'm honestly nervous about what's to come. I hate rollercoasters, I get anxiety waiting in line. My friends tell me I'm lame, or too chicken, I understand it's a joke but it gets discouraging especially for others. Even now I get nervous at the thought of going to Knott's or six flags. When I'm at an amusement park I hear the screams pass by, I see my friends go on the fast rollercoasters, and then there's me holding their bags. At the end of the ride they come back, completely ignoring me and wanting to go again. I couldn't handle the tea cups when I was younger. It feels impossible trying to calm down in exchange for a good day at the amusement park. I can't do it, no, I can't.
Mel Is Simple my school does trips to cedar point and I understand your struggle! I went on a fair amount of roller coasters with my friend (all terrifying me) and I’d lie about saying that I enjoyed it. My friends went on bigger 300ft roller coasters and I basically held their stuff for 2 hours.
When I was in my early twenties, I had friends just like these people who were afraid of going on roller coasters. I don't view it as that big of a deal that they were, but I'm so happy for them that they finally got over their fear.
I’m a huge roller coaster enthusiast but deep down every time I ride something new I have a fear in stomach. Not an intense fear, but a fear of the unknown.
My friends love going on all the extreme rides, but I don't. When we went to a carnival they wanted to go on an upside down roller coaster and I didn't only because it looked kinda dodgy and I was worried it would break of something. My friends get really frustrated that I don't want to go on the rides with them. It's really annoying 😑 (like if this happens to you)
Mia Olding exactly I'm going to dorney park on Saturday and I absolutely hate rollercoasters but my friends love them so I'm gonna have to force myself on rides.
Mia Olding just don't think about it too much if you're afraid. I've been on some of the tallest and fastest coasters in the world, and trust me when I say this, they're safe and you'll be fine. It's nothing physical it's all in your head.
The army made me jump out of airplanes, I didn't sleep for a week before my first jump. I didn't have a coping strategy that worked, I just grit my teeth and made myself jump. The pride I felt once I hit the floor was amazing, and it is amazing seeing these people experience that feeling. I still hate jumping out of airplanes though.
The craziest thing I’ve done is go on the gravity ropes at my local main event. I just looked at it and said “ screw it im gonna do it “ I went on my glasses slipped off by hey I had fun ! If I can do a 20 foot gravity rope course I can do the wavebreaker
I watched this cause I'm afraid of roller coasters... I've been on a few... All magic kingdom rides and cheetah hunt at bush gardens... I can't FRIKEN stand it... I've tried and I am just scared shitless... Cheetah isn't even bad either. It's like I did have fun at the same time I was dying painfully... For anyone out there who is afraid of that stuff... Don't go on little rides first... Go on the huge ones and it will be a lot more better... Don't think just do... I past up many opportunities of that crap and I regret it
Azuqah TV i like your compliment man i get nervous when i go on big roller coasters like hulk, sheikra, and rock'n'roller coaster but it was fun and worth standing in a line for
Why is this guy obsessed with Millennium Force? If you want to break people of a fear of rollercoasters, I don't think sticking them on MF or TTD is the best idea as their first ride - unless you intend to scare them off even further. Rollercoasters are something you need to work your way up with.
Well, it doesn't have to be that way. They're 21 or so, I doubt it will be able to impact them in that way that they gain a traumatic experience from it, especially as they have been prepared.
Landon very true when I went to cedar point I started with gate keeper and raptor. Smaller rides like those but then after being used to it all day millennium force and top thrill dragster was easy but if I went on it right a way that would of sucked
Working your way up never works, you'll just have the same shit happen at every step. If you just skip right to the top step, you won't be scared going back down and you'll only have to go through the anxiety once. See how happy that guy was after he did it.
Yeah but those 17 seconds are some of the most intense 17 seconds you’ll ever experience. Not to mention the real terrifying part - sitting on the track waiting for it to launch
I went to Cedar Point a lot of times as a kid. It was very fun. I find that when I was a little girl, I'd go on more rides than a near-adult. I think it's because children don't let thoughts get so deep and overthink things. But, older people do.
I was hella afraid of roller coasters for 16 years. Now I'm 18 and I went to Knotts, Universal Studios, and Six flags. The mummy ride was my first when I was 16 and it was my birthday so I went to Universal Studios. And I have to say ladies and gentlemen that the only way to overcome the fear or having anxiety of roller coasters is to get on it period. Just say in your head before you even get in line "... I'm going to do this" now when you're on the roller coaster and when you're going up you're probably thinking repeatedly " Damn it this is it. Oh S@&!" and it's totally cool because guess what. You're already on the top staring down looking over the whole scenery. Then the best part (for a few people until you get used to it) is the drop and for the rest of the ride instead of still panicking you're actually going to smile and scream with enjoyment. After that first ride your jaw will drop and then you will say ".... omg ... I just did that ... I'm definitely going on that ride again" then you're already on your way overcoming your fears and instead of ditching out on your friends/family and making some excuse to leave so you won't get on the ride, you will do the exact opposite. Roller coasters might look scary up front, but once you're on it ... it's a whole different story 😊. Yes roller coasters are fast and yes it looks scary but please trust me as I say to go on it and you will love it ... unless you're just not the type of person who likes riding roller coasters which is cool and there's nothing wrong with that. Hey ... if these college students did it, plus it took me 16 years to get on one of those bad boys and now I really like riding roller coasters, ... so can you my friend. Also unless you're over weight (400+) which makes the carriage jump around or shifts and the ride isn't in the best condition then there's absolutely no way you can die, get injured, etc. All I have to say is to get on and enjoy the ride. Don't try to hang on to the bar thinking it's the end ... just let go and embrace the awesomeness of riding a roller coaster. (Just do it) - Nike Slogan.
I needed this. I'm going with a couple friends to Kings Dominion and I'm terrified because I've never been on a roller coaster,my fear and anxiety has kept me away.
I've faced my fears in many facets of life...and in doing that, i'm still scared each time...i don't think people should be forced to do this...it doesn't work for everyone...most, actually
When I go to an amusement park, I'm always scared of the rollercoasters, but when I finally push myself to go on one, I'm not scared to go on the other ones. The problem is I feel like I have an "excitement meter" in my head that runs out and at the end of the day I'm still scared to go on a rollercoaster.
I get the same feeling. Was intensly anxious to be forced onto rise of the resistance at disney, went on and had fun. That high didnt last enough for me to do cosmic rewind and even things like ratatouille and spaceship earth scared me since i didnt see a ride pov to make sure it didnt have sudden jolts and drops. I get to a point i just want a 100% safe ride
That dude Zach better be happy that his first rollercoaster was Millennium Force, My first rollercoaster was when I was 5, It was called Runaway Minetrain at Six Flags Over Texas.
It's funny because you say those are intense coasters but they actually really aren't. Goliath (the one at six flags ;p) and Titan are both illuminati and millennium force doesn't live up to the hype.
That happened with me. I used to be terrified of roller coasters but then my father always forced me to ride with him. After a lot of rides, i actually started to feel the fun in them. And then i demanded more. Now, the only thing I care about in amusement parks are the roller coasters.
How does this teacher give you the power to ride every coaster and makes you an enthusiast in a single ride these people can ride inverting stuff and be happy
I don’t know but whenever i’m depressed, or having anxiety or overthinking, I always watch horror movies that are really suspenseful and it really changes those mood in an instant. Sometimes ‘Fear’ is really good i guess.
I am COMPLETELY terrified of Rollar Coasters. I’m from Ohio, sometimes my friends invited my to Cedar Point (Rollar coaster park), and I only went on the smallest ride at age 12. It was sad lol. But, I really wanna get over this fear.
I was scared of rollar coaters when I was a kid even the little kiddie ones but when I was 17 I decided to concur my fear with a big, goes upside down coaster. Now I am 51 and I still love them, the scarier the better!
I’m tearing up because I know EXACTLY how that feels for rides. I just went on Wonder Woman Lasso Of Truth in Six Flags the other day and I was so so scared but I did it. It’s a BIG DEAL for me.
Delike el Ducce The height and the speed. It messes with my head afterwards. When I get in a car to go home it still feels like I’m on a rollercoaster and I don’t feel like I have control off or on the ride.
Más props to Mary for riding the top thrill dragster!! It took me years to go on kingda ka in New Jersey , which Is abut the same size, a little bigger.
I’m an enthusiast, people never try them out because they chicken out. You watch too many GP fake UA-cam videos about coaster accidents that never happened. Don’t think about it and calm your self down
I was also terrified of roller coasters until about a year ago. I went to cedar point with my friend and I forced myself to ride raptor. I haven’t been afraid of coasters ever since.
I went to Cedar point 2 days ago, went on all 18 coasters. My sister also went on all coasters and she has anxiety and was not scared at all! She is amazing. Im 11 she is 13. My 14 year old brother did not even go on dragster. I went on dragster, not scary at all. But i get they have fears.
i got over my fear of rollercoasters May 2022, was slightly less scared than Mary but definitely got the sick-to-my-stomach level of fear on many different occasions. Kept riding bigger and bigger coasters and now im a textbook coaster nerd. Definitely worth the internal and external fight to get myself on one!
I actually went on behemoth for the first time yesterday. I was so scared of it but just like the girl said. Now I can do anything (Gonna try to go on leviathan now, it’s faster and a bit taller) ✌️
I used to be like them. It was all about changing the mindset for me. I’m blind so I had a misconception about how roller coasters especially upside down ones worked. Eventually various people convinced me to first ride a wooden roller coaster then an upside down one a few years later. Then I experienced airtime on Nitro at six flags and didm’t quite understand what it was. Now I do and I think it’s fun. It’s all about keeping an open mind and learning that roller coasters are safe. Now I’m getting ready to ride el torro and king de kah in a few weeks hopefully.
I'm also a blind coaster enthusiast, and I also had a misconception about inverting coasters. While I was at Disney California Adventure Park, their Intamin, California Screamin' at the time being, was launching its riders from 0-55 in 4 seconds, and I thought it was just the coaster trains constantly flipping them upside down like dozens of Larson super loops interlocked together! Hahaha. My friend, who's also a blind coaster enthusiast, thought roller coaster restraints would grab the rider and put their head on the seat! I'm glad all three of us got to experience it all for ourselves :) By the way, I've always wanted to go to Great Adventure! Hopefully someday...
@@andreasanchez1453 Well, there's not really a lot to say. If you're afraid for Safety Reasons then there's not much to say other then Coasters are Designed with Rider Safety first in mind. There's more to get into detail about this but I'd digress. If it's more about the Forces Involved or the Speed/Height of the Rides or just Irrational Fear of them there's really no good Advice besides go and try them. I'd recommend starting with smaller more Family oriented Coasters and working your way up from there. I used to be afraid of Coasters myself, until my mum tricked me into going onto one without telling me it's one. (It was a Darkride completely inside a Building) Also going with a Friend or with Family who know the Park and it's Coasters could help, provided they are supportive of your endeavour of course. If someone knows the Park you're going to they could Provide proper Advice on what Coasters are good for beginners or to overcome the fear of them. Apologies for my shoddy english, it's not my first language and I'm already struggling with my native language, but I try my best. Also apologies for the late replies, I get so many notifications on YT that I barely check the bell anymore so comment replies tend to slip past me the first day's or so. If you've got further Questions about any of the things I've mentioned I can go into further Detail if that helps you. But it may sound simple however the best thing you can do is to just say "f*ck it" and go onto one.
The only reason I don't like and ride roller coaster is because that feeling you get in your stomach like butterflies. Is like i'm gonna vomit if the drop keeps going further down. And I don't know how to stop those butterflies in my stomach... Can someone explain please?
People can’t control what they’re afraid of, sometimes your fears are so hard that you need to get some help from others to get over them. You have to look at the persons point of view before stating such an amateur opinion
I'm only scared of them because I see all these videos on how roller coasters break and people die and I always think I'm gonna die. I'm gonna overcome my fear at some point tho... i hope 😅
As these people have said, roller coaster deaths in North America are almost non existant. Per capita you are monumentally more likely to die in a car accident.
Jolyette Tomorrow I'm going to lake Winnie in Tennessee... I'm trying to face my fear of rollercoasters and hights.... I'm going in the rollercoasters there and the drop ride called the oh - zone... It sends you up 14 stories in the air and drops you down at 58 miles per hour.... I hope i can over come my fear... Wish me luck..

I'm more scared of the butterflies in my stomach when the drop hits
Omg that’s why I hate roller coasters
Asia watkins that’s all I’m scared of
I LOVE that feeling.
That's how I used to be but something I realized was how I was always putting my self in the middle where it's the strongest. That's when I started riding more in the front or towards the front. I think you get more speed than a drop feeling in your stomach
I usually push myself back on the seat while it’s going down so that I can “absorb” the energy. Try that
Ok I watched this video bc I have a fear of roller coasters and just so happens I'm going to cedar point
Me too I have a fear of roller coasters and I'm going to cedar point as well
Guys how did it go ?!
+Melody Kiptoo it was dope, I had a lot of fun !!! I was so proud of myself
+iViC IM SO NERVOUS AGH
+Melody Kiptoo it's all apart of the process, trust me you'll be fine
Come on...coasters are actually safer than cars. It's been proven.
This comment kinda helped me.
You aren’t going hundreds of feet up in a car, though.
The last roller coaster related accident was an old roller coaster which was a few months ago. One of the last fatal roller coaster accidents was in like 2013
@@TheDonOfNY driving a car through a mountain through the valley is kinda close
It's actually safer than a plane as well
I actually used the breathing patterns he suggested to the students before I went to six flags, it was so bad that I cried when I went on radiator springs racers at Disneyland, so when I went, it was a school trip we were in the bus and I started breathing really hard and I felt numb and I was shaking.
Falling out is the least likely occurence
If it takes to go to cedar point,I will fake my fear
Lol
Me too Steel Vengeance and Maverick here I come
I don't see fearing rollercoasters as a problem.
Mel Is Simple That was me until I just rode one and now I’m a coaster enthusiast. There is nothing to be afraid as they are 100% safe
Røcky I know roller coasters are safe and all, I just HATE the drop feeling it ruins the whole experience for me 🗿
No Name oh ok fair enough
I just went to Disneyland and California Adventure and this is exactly how I felt it really sucks
When I was in my early twenties, I had friends just like these people who were afraid of going on roller coasters. I don't view it as that big of a deal that they were, but I'm so happy for them that they finally got over their fear.
Good For All Of You! That Takes guts. You Are A Shinning Example Of What People Can Over Come. Way To Go!
Best teacher ever
I need this for learning how to drive.
This brought tears to my eyes. Im so happy for them!❤
I love how the comment section is full of us coaster enthusiasts sad that we can’t be at Cedar Point 👌😂
YouWontKnow me
it's the one good thing about living in Ohio
I then there us roller coaster enthusiast we jump on any roller coaster without giving a second thought
Agreed, that’s me
I can relate with that
I’m a huge roller coaster enthusiast but deep down every time I ride something new I have a fear in stomach. Not an intense fear, but a fear of the unknown.
same
My friends love going on all the extreme rides, but I don't.
It's nothing physical it's all in your head.
lol its not going to break dude
You went to the carnival with your friends?
i had to go on everything by myself because my friend is such a wimp
I wish this would be offered everywhere, I would sign my husband up for this, his anxiety has gotten worse.
Makes me so happy to see these people face their fears!
I go on baby roller coasters that just spin around and I still freak out while five years olds are looking at me
i only trust shoulder bar things
TheSisterTag Smith same
waist restrains are actually safer and more comfortable.
I hate those, They bang your head around the entire ride
GP ALERT! GP ALERT! GP ALERT!
Rebecca Miller LoL right I was about to correct’em
I live about 1 hour away from cedar point, and I'm terrified of riding those roller coasters, so I'm so proud of you guys for facing your fears!!!
Lol at me trying to contiously fist bump my hubby to congratulate him.
Him when he leaves me hanging: I'm so damn over u sometimes
I watched this cause I'm afraid of roller coasters... I've been on a few... All magic kingdom rides and cheetah hunt at bush gardens... I can't FRIKEN stand it... I've tried and I am just scared shitless... Cheetah isn't even bad either. It's like I did have fun at the same time I was dying painfully... For anyone out there who is afraid of that stuff... Don't go on little rides first... Go on the huge ones and it will be a lot more better... Don't think just do... I past up many opportunities of that crap and I regret it
Azuqah TV i like your compliment man i get nervous when i go on big roller coasters like hulk, sheikra, and rock'n'roller coaster but it was fun and worth standing in a line for
My first roller coaster was the sheikra and I'm still scared of big roller coasters but I force my self to get on and it's not as bad as it looks
Dopey zKyle I've been on a kiddie coaster in my local fair and I was scared to my fucking death
Dopey zKyle same bro
Cheetah hunt hurts me too. Its the restraint.
They said in the beginning they were using immersion therapy. So like...
I can a SMELL the ohio jokes
(Just do it) - Nike Slogan.
that was so beatutiful
Ethan L lol
TheGuitarist_Dude You live in SoCal too?!?!?!?!!!
Mr.Clean you do realize writing that big paragragh is useless because most people wont read it
I needed this. I'm going with a couple friends to Kings Dominion and I'm terrified because I've never been on a roller coaster,my fear and anxiety has kept me away.
i build up soooo much anxiety and then end up having fun but shaking so much. i would be crying crying crying. i get so much anxiety
Yes!!! I'm so happy for them!
Students: Crying because they’re scared
Me, an enthusiast: Crying because I’m not at Cedar Point
I went about a month ago and rode Steel Vengeance 3 times in a row lol
How to face fears in ohio
I've faced my fears in many facets of life...and in doing that, i'm still scared each time...i don't think people should be forced to do this...it doesn't work for everyone...most, actually
I really needed this class
I'd pretend to be afraid of coasters just to go to CP
Professor: "we are going to cedar point to face our fears"
Students: "whelp I'm gonna die"
Me: "LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!'
Me: Can I take an F or an Alternative Assignment?
good journalism that will help others
I got chills just watching them
That dude Zach better be happy that his first rollercoaster was Millennium Force, My first rollercoaster was when I was 5, It was called Runaway Minetrain at Six Flags Over Texas.
If I'm not mistaken that was the first arrow mine train coaster, you're lucky.
lol
It's funny because you say those are intense coasters but they actually really aren't. Goliath (the one at six flags ;p) and Titan are both illuminati and millennium force doesn't live up to the hype.
+mind swept coaster studios ILLUMINATI
Lenny Face - The *world* is illuminati
That happened with me. I used to be terrified of roller coasters but then my father always forced me to ride with him. After a lot of rides, i actually started to feel the fun in them. And then i demanded more. Now, the only thing I care about in amusement parks are the roller coasters.
Best professor ever!
How does this teacher give you the power to ride every coaster and makes you an enthusiast in a single ride these people can ride inverting stuff and be happy
When I see roller coasters and Ohio in one sentence I think:
*CEDAR POINT*
Oh and Kings Island
Both are great.
Don’t forget skyrockets grove lmfao
I don’t know but whenever i’m depressed, or having anxiety or overthinking, I always watch horror movies that are really suspenseful and it really changes those mood in an instant.
Sometimes ‘Fear’ is really good i guess.
I am COMPLETELY terrified of Rollar Coasters. I’m from Ohio, sometimes my friends invited my to Cedar Point (Rollar coaster park), and I only went on the smallest ride at age 12. It was sad lol. But, I really wanna get over this fear.
Rollercoaster* also cedar point isn’t a rollercoaster park or a theme park, it’s an amusement park.
I used to be scared of rollercoasters, but screaming seems to do the trick. almost lost my voice during my cedar point trip lol
The Millennium Force is a great coaster, one of my favorites. Good for these people and the professor is doing quality work.
Millennium Force looks very good indeed
Also a little nitpick but: You dont put "the" before roller coaster names. But yeah, i can see why you would.
Más props to Mary for riding the top thrill dragster!! It took me years to go on kingda ka in New Jersey , which Is abut the same size, a little bigger.
I relate to Mary.
I want to go on the roller coasters until I get right there then I give in and go on and when I get off I'm good until the next one
Same! But sometimes I just chicken out and don't do it when I've waited in line for an hour. The line is the worst bit
My hands and feet are sweating for these students to face their roller coaster fears. I’d love to take this class and meet this professor.
If my professor put me on a rollercoaster I w update cry and cry and be like “IM NOT DOING THAT EVER AGAIN, WHY DID YOU DO THAT TO ME!?”
NachoAvarageFoxySavage !! They don’t even have 18 roller coasters lol
@@muffinknight8101 Hes just one off, whatever.
i got over my fear of rollercoasters May 2022, was slightly less scared than Mary but definitely got the sick-to-my-stomach level of fear on many different occasions. Kept riding bigger and bigger coasters and now im a textbook coaster nerd. Definitely worth the internal and external fight to get myself on one!
So proud of them! What coaster is the red one at the end?
I LOVE ROLLER COASTERS
THEYRE MY FAVORITE WAY TO SCARE MYSELF
Same
You guys are lucky
I actually went on behemoth for the first time yesterday. I was so scared of it but just like the girl said. Now I can do anything (Gonna try to go on leviathan now, it’s faster and a bit taller) ✌️
Ride the back car. More air time.
Is there anyone who loves the butterflies feeling when you drop
Cant relate lol
I'm glad all three of us got to experience it all for ourselves :)
By the way, I've always wanted to go to Great Adventure! Hopefully someday...
I’m having flashback to that zoey 101 episode if you know what I mean 😂
I've done every ride there and it's awesome!!!
I'm jelly
What are your thoughts on RMC Mean Streak?
immakidbruh same!! My favorite place on earth no doubt!
0MindSwept0 dear god Steel Vengance looks amazing!
Well, I *was* asking the other guy, but I'm glad you like it..
whenever i go to theme parks i always watch POV videos the night before. It definitely helps with anxiety and what to expect.
Well that was wholesome.
As a Coaster Fanatic myself I love seeing people overcome their fear's and finally experience the Thrill of the Rides.
I face my fear June 15th … any advice
(It was a Darkride completely inside a Building)
Also going with a Friend or with Family who know the Park and it's Coasters could help, provided they are supportive of your endeavour of course.
Kenan Martinez same
There is no way to stop them. If you don’t like it, then you don’t like roller coasters! There is no other explanation
Damn I wanna do this class just to go on rollercoasters
In the 1980's, Elitch Gardens amusement park, (the old location) used to have a small theater that made you feel like you were on a rollercoaster.
This is awesome 👍🏽👍🏽
😂😂 They go to class for this??
Andrew Anane LUCKY THEM
Andrew Anane it’s more serious than you think. I am afraid of vomit and need to go to therapy for it
Well, it's part of an abnormal psychology class so yeah.
People can’t control what they’re afraid of, sometimes your fears are so hard that you need to get some help from others to get over them. You have to look at the persons point of view before stating such an amateur opinion
Us Coaster enthusiast would beg to be in that class
I'm only scared of them because I see all these videos on how roller coasters break and people die and I always think I'm gonna die. I'm gonna overcome my fear at some point tho... i hope 😅
Jolyette Rollercoasters are probably safer than driving a car if that makes you feel any better. Lol.
Jolyette If you live ride a roller coaster in the US, you are completely safe!
You are actually more likely to die by falling off your couch than on a roller coaster
5:39 you can see the complete TERROR in that guys face haha but then he’s like “WOAH!!!”
My hands are sweating like crazy and I ain’t one of those college students •_•
