If you're rejected at a public gym, then you know you're strong.
Or either fat as the moon
Or your an asshole and drop equipment and or scream.
Or a dumbass who doesn't respect equipment. Theres no reason you would be kicked from a gym unless you're crashing 250 kg deadlift or 180 kg overhead press on the ground
It's all a effin' lie, this kid is struggling to lift up 10 kg, look closely at the weights.

that’s why I said imagine
When you really think about it, being so strong that you get kicked out of a gym has gotta be hella validating
Definitely not why they got kicked out
Realistically they got kicked out for improper conduct, such as disrespectful behaviour towards equipment or other gym goers, or trying to bring children in which is probably against the gym rules. Nobody’s kicked out for being ‘too strong’
Look at these bitch ass haters get your fat asses to the gym

Nick best is someone who very much appreciates effort and safety over pride. You see it all the time in his performance and his interviews.
These kids are gaining so much more than just strong bodies from this lifestyle. They are becoming mentally strong, learning about there mental and physical limits and CRUSHING them, they are becoming goal oriented and understanding the value of hard work. They are becoming dedicated individuals. They are learning about the power of focus and understanding how to treat their body as a temple they have to protect and maintain for a lifetime. I love the focus on SAFETY and body regulation. There are several life lessons here that go beyond physical fitness. I'm all for it. Sure they might be missing out on coca cola, video games, and kicking cans with their best friends, but what they gain in return is so much more valuable. Or at least valuable in a different way.

I dont see anything strange here. Looks like a healthy and loving family. Big kudos to the parents for being involved in their kids life, and making memories with them that will stick with them forever.
The only thing that I’d be worried about is how this may effect the kids health in the future. Because their still growing and developing, I’m obviously not a doctor but I’d be worried it could effect their bones especially. I’ve known certain sports that help people stay healthy but especially when someone does it since their real young, they have health issues later on. I don’t necessarily have a problem with this or are against it but that is one concern I would have. I am glad they aren’t getting mad at the kids or don’t seem to be forcing them or pushing them too hard. They do seem like genuinely good parents.
What's wrong with being strange these people are strange the average family dosent do this it's normal its strange dosent mean it's negative are u implying that strange is bad ?

I 'm a fully grown man in his late 30s who just got into weightlifting about 1.5 years ago. That 11-year-old boy can deadlift 130 lbs? Yikes! I just got to 100 lbs after all that time, starting at around 40 lbs so I didn't throw out or mess up my back. LOL. That kid is hella-strong for his age and size!
thats a skill issue, i could deadlift 225lbs as soon as I started deadlifting xD
Not uncommon for people around 13-14 to be able to deadlift 100kg immediately which is I think around 200 lbs. 11 hear olds still haven't hit puberty yet though so the disparity cam be huge
