    Its been about 6+weeks after my rolled right ankle. X-rays show no broken bones. Initially no bruising or swelling. Just weakness, and not able to bear weight. Iam not over weight and am in pretty good shape. Iam 49 and have been very active my whole life. I've had to Achilles tears. One at 22 and the other at 38. The right foot at 38. I've tried multiple PT techniques, exercises, creams, and no shots. What to do?

    Why does the tendon connected to my big toe hurt so bad?!
    I’ve been out for days and have been limping since. Please help

    I am having knee pain under the patella on the medial side when I walk. I noticed when I move my big toe or the ankle as a whole I feel the same pain (under the patella on medial side).
    Could you please tell me the cause ??
    I shall be very thankful.

      Did you fix it? I habe the same problem… even when i completely stretch my leg it hurts
