Hi, can foreign lawyers take the LPC to be exempt from the sqe1?
Hi there, there are Transitional arrangements in place to move from LPC to SQE route. Unless you meet requirements for those arrangements, you can no longer pursue LCP route. More here: www.sra.org.uk/become-solicitor/legal-practice-course-route/transitional-arrangements/
Initially i would like to thank you for everything you have done through this chanel that's really thoughtful of you but in this regard i wonder if foreigners can be solicitors and work in a law firm in the UK (in reality) or the thing is only confined to national people

Hi there, glad you enjoyed it!
I'm an indian lawyer and after getting pass in sqe can i work in uk as solicitor?
With SQE exam passed, 2 years of QWE and successful SRA registration, you can practise law in England and Wales. But you would need to still find a firm to practise in and I believe you would need a work permit.
