Vishal, hailing from Chennai is a bodybuilder, fitness coach and a mixed martial artist. Since his childhood, he wanted to become one thing in his life : Bodybuilder. From seeing a lot of mockings and discouragements, he stood up for himself and worked hard all his years to achieve his dream. From working as a bouncer in pubs and earing 2000 per week to becoming the bodyguard for celebrities, he has trained himself and grew as a certified fitness coach today. He also teaches karate for children and kickboxing for youngsters. He started to spend awareness on fitness wanting to educate people. Listen to their talk here.
