No Chili sauce, you can use paprika, little lemon juice and little sugar or honey. Small tips. Always taste salt and soy sauce can be very salty. After that you're a champ 😁

I just made this dish, cauliflower from my garden found one long black bug didn't notice any worms, I par boiled for 5 minutes prior to frying, am I gonna get sick if any unseen worms were consumed?

Here they've used ketchup (we've all just grown up calling it tomato sauce) and the chilli sauce used is basically a very spicy ketchup

We used Everest Kashmiri red chili powder for color. Colour is secondary, Never use any chemical food colors.

Yeah, it has to be maida only. Bcaz it appeared quite white & so soft texture. Plus to bring crispiness, only that one she cld've added, I suppose.
