I don't understand why some people give thumbs down. Sometimes you explain very excellently. My sincerest request is give a complete step by step instructions on how to make separate rice by draining all the starch water for any Britani. Also don't forget layering with proper timing and water. Bangalore nivasi, saluting on ur receipts. Because of you I can cook. Keep on bro. You and your 👪 stay blessed. 🥰😋

Hey neelam verma..it became soft because of the excess oil u had kept while frying...did u absorb the oil on tissue after frying??that will make its outer shell go soggy because of the oil which that batter ks absorbing
