From what I've seen, I think of Duncan Robinson and Davis Bertans as the next Reggie Millers/Korvers/Redicks of the NBA. Specifically with Robinson, where he's sprinting AWAY from the rim off picks WITH THE BALL...that's some 'next level' streetball shooter stuff. I love how he's weaponized the pump fake/shot pass off the dribble, passing straight back to the big then moving to space (given his defender bit the shot fake). Beautiful shot form, quick release, great shooter's mentality, creative play designs - the Heat have turned this man into a defense scrambling machine.
I used to model my shot after Korver and JJ, but seeing Duncan's smooth jumpshot, I had to adjust it. While Korver shoots very smoothly, his release point is fairly high and JJ's is also smooth but its a little more 2 motion but with a very fast blend. However Duncan's is unbelievable accurate. There is very little dip and its collar aligned to the basket and its one motion. It's a lot like Steph but without the low and shoulder aligned shot load.
