You can control water flow in Matrix clean mode. After pressing start, quickly pull up the menu tab where the power setting is and an additional flow menu will appear.
Didn’t do so well when I had the Christmas tree up, but after that it’s working superb. Also it tends to clog if you don’t use mostly water. I used to use 50% fabuloso and 50% bona wood cleaner. It wouldn’t work that way. Once I went to 50% water and 25/25 bona and fabuloso it’s working great. Make sure to regularly clean it because have things stick to it like the roller of brush.
We have 6 dogs na partial carpeting. Ive been using it about 3 times a day to help me keep up with vacuuming and save a few bucks on electricity. I’m in love. I have a small cleaning business and this will be going along with me to have it vacuum the hardwood floors. My client doesn’t like brooms for sweeping as some dust will fly around and land elsewhere. Then I can just mop my self. Since it’s a clients home, I like to be thorough. I’ve not connected to WiFi yet though. Xfinity’s coming out to the new house next week. I’m excited. 😅
Just found this at Sam’s Club for $160 and went straight to your channel to see if you reviewed it and luckily you did! Made the decision to buy it and am so excited to get home and watch your video to set it up! Thanks “Dad” haha😁
I guess $148 is a good price? That's the price right now at Walmart. I also look the eufy 11S Max at $129.. which one is better? Pd: Sorry if my English isn't good. Or which one would you recommend? Something up to 150. Thank you
Thanks for the information. I am disappointed the suction is not better. Have not tried the mop yet. Also, it missed several open spots when scanning my home. I have a Roomba I have had for 5 to 6 years. It still works fine and suction is much better, just wanted to check out the mopping part.
I bought one as well but I am having a hard time finding the replacement parts. I like to have filters and a new brushes on hand..is there another model number I can use or something?
@ yeah I think shark did that across the company after some repairability action has been happing globally. Nice to see a good chunk of stuff is available, wish they would do more like the front bumper and wheels etc, but at-least we get something.
I bought it today, but it come with only one mopping pad even though the warmart website is showing and says 2 mopping pads. And I haven't tried it yet.
I got mine couple of days back. It does a good job but if you have marked carpet zones it will completely avoid going over when water tank is attached. This defies the purpose. Now you have to run it twice this time removing water tank…. Is this normal ? I thought it will still go on carpet clean it but wont mop… Recharge and resume also does not work..
So it was great for a day, now I only get error #7 Cliff sensor error. I have cleaned the sensors even though they were spotless. Still errors, I have rebooted it several times, still errors. It literally only mapped the room once and cleaned one room, and then errors out since that time...
Hello, does yours make a “flappy” sound. I have owned other brands and they are quite silent. It kinda sounds like it has a plastic stuck in the rolling portion of the robot.
we need a new roller bruh on our but i’m having trouble finding what kind to buy we have the exact same vac, do you happen to know what size roller to buy
How quite is it? I noticed you’re talking while shark was working and I could still hearing you well. Is quite enough to keep watching tv while it’s running in the same room? Thanks you!
I just purchased for this price and it will be my first robot vacuum. I have a sunken living room, as in, it is down one step lower than the kitchen and rest of my first floor. The living room is carpet and remainder is hard wood. Would you recommend setting up the docking station in the living room or hard floor part of my house? Apologies if this is a stupid question, like I said, I’ve never used one before. Can you also link the other video you mention? Can’t seem to find it on your page. Thanks!
I would think docking on hardwood floor in case there is any water left in it and it leaks out. You certainly do not want to have to deal with moldy carpet area.
I just bought this because I didn’t know it needed WiFi. I think I’m the last person on the planet that doesn’t have in home WiFi. First question is must it always be connected to WiFi to run? Can I map it using a hot spot and then use it daily without connecting to the hot spot? Nowhere did I see this information when I bought it. I’m finding out now it uses WiFi. Other than the obvious (get wifi) do you have any suggestions?
Yall, am I the only one who got another product for the Black Friday sale? I'm wondering if the one I got is better or worse than what I actually ordered. I ordered the $188 Shark IQ 2 in 1 model RV2402WD but ended up with the Shark AI Ultra 2 in 1 model RV2610WD. The crazy part is that the vendor put a sticker over the model number on the box that gives the model number that I ORDERED but the actual box has a totally DIFFERENT model number than what I ordered and what I received. The model number that was covered under the sticker is model number RV2620WD! I am so confused. I just want exactly what I paid for. There was no notice of change for the product or anything. Anyone else have the same issue?
walmart has done that to me on the ninja creami, I ordered one model and got another, thankfully it was the more expensive model they upgraded me to, but I don't like the sticker idea and not telling people.
@Bboodles Oh no. That's not good. Amazon has a bundle with the little sweeper parts, filters and pads for about 25 bucks if you need extras. I believe 4 extra
I mapped out my first floor, but what about mapping additional floors? If I just carry it to another floor and turn it on it just acts as if it’s cleaning my first floor and doesn’t go all around the upstairs properly
I’m not a fan of the shark clean app either. The last update they did broke the voiceover accessibility. Thankfully, my other phone is android and it still works fully.

I will have to agree. I am new to the robot vacuum world and this review was superb. Thank you for all the tips and opinions on thank you. 🎉
Just purchased one of these. I am a newbie so this video was a tremendous help! Thank you!!

Was this on sale? I have been watching the last few weeks and only see the ones with self emptying base. Can you post link to the one you bought? thx

Thank you for sharing this. I just got it for this price point and can't wait for this vacuum.
Every time it docks and powers down, it does the jingle, and my kids say only at walmart 😂😂😂
How do I change the power level to the highest level of clean? I have RV2600 wet/dry. Thank you!
I've noticed that in max mode it puts more water down when mopping
Just picked one up for $118 at Walmart

Its all right on sharks website very easy to find. Model number is on the box and in the app
@@IanNubbitI made this comment a year ago when it wasn’t easy to find. It’s no problem to find them now

Mine only came with one as well.
How I can do only vacuuming?
remove the water tank and it will go to vacuum only mode
How do you put water in it?

i mean the mop pad would be soaked doesnt it make sense for it to avoid the object you dont want getting wet?
Where is the best place to find the orange filter replacements?
Why is mine leaving so much water behind when mopping? How do i fix this? The tank seems to empty very quickly.

A year later they are on clearance for $98. Wondering what your thoughts were on it now.
Just got it for 84 dollars.

Mine does too
@@Littledevil42 I returned mine and I purchased the eufy L50 way better imo
Bobsweep Dustin shows live mopping, but it doesn't to the edges of the wall 1st, & it doesn't return to charge. It's perfect @ sweeping though
Mine won’t charge don’t know how to fix it
Got mine for $90 clearence
we need a new roller bruh on our but i’m having trouble finding what kind to buy we have the exact same vac, do you happen to know what size roller to buy
no but third party on Amazon is the way to go you can get a kit that usually works
