Thanks for the information. I am disappointed the suction is not better. Have not tried the mop yet. Also, it missed several open spots when scanning my home. I have a Roomba I have had for 5 to 6 years. It still works fine and suction is much better, just wanted to check out the mopping part.
Do u know where I can find replacement parts?
I got mine couple of days back. It does a good job but if you have marked carpet zones it will completely avoid going over when water tank is attached. This defies the purpose. Now you have to run it twice this time removing water tank….
Is this normal ? I thought it will still go on carpet clean it but wont mop… Recharge and resume also does not work..

Why is mine leaving so much water behind when mopping? How do i fix this? The tank seems to empty very quickly.
So it was great for a day, now I only get error #7 Cliff sensor error. I have cleaned the sensors even though they were spotless. Still errors, I have rebooted it several times, still errors. It literally only mapped the room once and cleaned one room, and then errors out since that time...
I just purchased for this price and it will be my first robot vacuum. I have a sunken living room, as in, it is down one step lower than the kitchen and rest of my first floor. The living room is carpet and remainder is hard wood. Would you recommend setting up the docking station in the living room or hard floor part of my house? Apologies if this is a stupid question, like I said, I’ve never used one before. Can you also link the other video you mention? Can’t seem to find it on your page. Thanks!
I would think docking on hardwood floor in case there is any water left in it and it leaks out. You certainly do not want to have to deal with moldy carpet area.
Bobsweep Dustin shows live mopping, but it doesn't to the edges of the wall 1st, & it doesn't return to charge. It's perfect @ sweeping though
How to empty it?
I bought one as well but I am having a hard time finding the replacement parts. I like to have filters and a new brushes on hand..is there another model number I can use or something?

Hello, does yours make a “flappy” sound. I have owned other brands and they are quite silent. It kinda sounds like it has a plastic stuck in the rolling portion of the robot.

Yall, am I the only one who got another product for the Black Friday sale? I'm wondering if the one I got is better or worse than what I actually ordered.
I ordered the $188 Shark IQ 2 in 1 model RV2402WD but ended up with the Shark AI Ultra 2 in 1 model RV2610WD. The crazy part is that the vendor put a sticker over the model number on the box that gives the model number that I ORDERED but the actual box has a totally DIFFERENT model number than what I ordered and what I received. The model number that was covered under the sticker is model number RV2620WD! I am so confused. I just want exactly what I paid for. There was no notice of change for the product or anything.
Anyone else have the same issue?
walmart has done that to me on the ninja creami, I ordered one model and got another, thankfully it was the more expensive model they upgraded me to, but I don't like the sticker idea and not telling people.
Nope - I got a different model then what was showing in the ad and yes only received 1 mopping pad. Ad shows RV2402WD and received a RV2400WD😕

@Bboodles Oh no. That's not good. Amazon has a bundle with the little sweeper parts, filters and pads for about 25 bucks if you need extras. I believe 4 extra
I bought it today, but it come with only one mopping pad even though the warmart website is showing and says 2 mopping pads. And I haven't tried it yet.

I just bought this because I didn’t know it needed WiFi. I think I’m the last person on the planet that doesn’t have in home WiFi. First question is must it always be connected to WiFi to run? Can I map it using a hot spot and then use it daily without connecting to the hot spot? Nowhere did I see this information when I bought it. I’m finding out now it uses WiFi. Other than the obvious (get wifi) do you have any suggestions?
Maybe try to connect to your cell phone hot spot WiFi

I mapped out my first floor, but what about mapping additional floors? If I just carry it to another floor and turn it on it just acts as if it’s cleaning my first floor and doesn’t go all around the upstairs properly

I use the shark vac mop solution. That is what came with my original shark robot vac mop.

I just use 10ml of Mr Clean and it cleans without any residue
It is supposed to come with it!
I’m not a fan of the shark clean app either. The last update they did broke the voiceover accessibility. Thankfully, my other phone is android and it still works fully.
