Wow I feel special in that I had something before Reed did! :) I picked up a couple of the ThirdReality night lights a little while ago, and I think they're a great addition to a HomeAssistant setup. At night time, tying them in with the bed presence sensors built into our bed (SleepNumber) I can have these kick on if we get out of bed while it's overnight and dark to light the way. During the daytime, I use them as a visual indicator of activity over at my elderly mother's home through a slightly more sophisticated HA -> HA webhook setup. If Mom is up and moving around, the light in our house goes on green so that we can see that she's active and not laying in bed. Added bonus - as you said, they're a Zigbee repeater so it can help your mesh network too. All in all, price/value ratio is solid on that one.

The Sofa Baton X1S has been getting a lot of attention as a solid replacement for the Logitech Harmony remotes. It's designed to control up to 60 devices and has a more intuitive setup process compared to earlier models.
Nothing is as good as Harmony, including SofaBaton. But I don’t know if anything ever will be, just because the world has changed around remotes. With that said, the SofaBaton is definitely worth the money, just as long as you know it’s not Harmony.

Do any of the smart locks support type of doors where you need to first raise the door-handle to engage the multi-point lock system? Such doors are relatively common in Europe - and it's same stuff (mushroom shaped pins that slide to lock the opening in multiple points) as European windows that seems to have spread to US too (especially PVC windows).
