After 38 years of growing tomatoes in Sacramento, and a few years of growing cucumbers, I just found my first cucumber volunteer growing in one of my raised beds. Volunteers tomatoes seem to come up all the time but the cuke is a first. Thanks for the video.

I had problems with tree roots eating up my raised beds at my other property. I ended up having to put a barrier underneath because my veggies wouldn’t grow. Your garden looks wonderful ❤

I cover the seedlings with very inexpensive tulle just after planting.
